One of the best supermarket in the locality.. Reasonable price and mostly A to Z items available

They say that They accept Sodexo but they also use some other POS to decline the same and will make us to pay in either cash or Debit Card. This happened many times. If they r notwilling to accept sodexo then just tell us rather than declining all the transactions. Rest is all fine.

They have varieties of fancy items and their collection have superb and good quality items are their..all items cost better than other super market..good place to purchase...

No response the mobile number given to enquire about stock availability.. they asked to check thru phone and confirm, but they didnt pick, I tried several times..

Worst experience. Pruchased a everyday logli bulb and when I went home and opened the box I was shocked to see a dirty Wipro bulb inside. Went to replace the same, was the worst experience ever. Instead of addressing the customer the staff started blaming me and kept pointing its my fault. I totally regret for shopping there . Finally had to leave the product at the billing counter and walk away cause its not worth fighting with cheaters. Its a Never ever !

Balaji Super Store— disrespect to womenI did a purchase from Balaji Supermarket, Tambaram today.(28 Sep 2019)It is the worst place to shop.The sales person, the counter people, the owner himself, Mr.Solomon, disrespects customers.There are always billing issues, certain products will be included which you have not purchased.Packing as well has a problem.If you buy Prill, Surf Excel, the bottled products will have leaks.There is no action taken by the owner when such complaints are informed.There are better place to shop in this locality.Sahana,More,Nilgiris have excellent products,perfect service,good discounts and gifts and above all respect for their customers

Intially I enjoyed shopping there, evven dumped my regular one for this but then i regret.Had a really bad experience few weeks ago. Purchased 2 watches (200 rs each) along with provisions (5000 rs) but they dint let me check the watch saying it will work but then after reaching home, i checked and one of it dint work. So i took it to the store very next day along with the bill but then the owner said he will repair and give tomo. They aaid the same story for next 3 days. On the 4th day, i lost my patience and asked for replacement which they refused so I walked out angrily after which one of the staff cane behind me saying they will replace which i refused.To be precise, they suck at customer service thats what irritated me more than anything. Will never ever step again there..To add there are really nice supermarkets in tambaram like Green super fresh at mudichur road (thats my usual place) really wonderful staffs and friendly environment.

The store is now renovated and air-conditioned. Fully-stocked supermarket.

Now sugarcane juice is not good early it was nice

Easily accessible, friendly staff but rude head staff.But all grocery you need is here so its okay.Also this place doesnt has any cold drinks from brands like Coke or Pepsi, they sell some local brands and that really sucks but other wise it helps with all daily needs.Also if you are visiting this place with cards , be ready for minimum 200 rupees of transaction , otherwise either no card swiping or no shopping.And trust me. They dont care how old customer you are.Also look at bills when they bill you , the staff is a bit careless they might charge you more , happens 3 times with me.But I opposed so now more they do.it , atleast with me.

They cheated us by adding additional items in bill. be careful with them.

If you not verified your bills everytime then I am sure your loosing your money on this shop..always the billing hve some confusion. The billing girls are not giving proper respect to customers..the offers are not updated in system properly.. They put some offer and your billing will be different... Please verify the bill and dont trust the billers..

Worst Supermarket. kindly do not buy anything in this store. They are giving old product. I bought a shampoo and facewash , like there is no foam at all which is not at all acceptable. They are giving fake products. the products which i bought is basic needs in that itself they are giving proper quality. Please don buy anything in this store
