All the groceries are neatly stored. There is a shortage of billing stations. Should have segregated bulk and less item counters.

Good and big shop in Nanganallur. You ll get most of the items but some items are slightly costlier then other shops. Being a member is not much useful even its free bz only 1% will be added in points and that also you cant redeem untill it reach min 300 points 🙄🙄🙄.

Good place to buy groceries. Situated at nanganallur 1st main road opposite kumbhakonam sahaya nidhi. There is also an Apollo pharmacy opposite. The shop contain 2 floors. Ground floor contains items like soap, rice, chocolate, fresh vegetables etc. It has also non alcoholic wine. 1st floor has toy items, utensils, electronic items, cosmetic etc. The 2nd floor is restricted and entry for shop staff only. Easy to locate and famous land mark around the area. There is also fresh juice shop and coffee shop just outside the mart. Mart accepts credit/debit and sodexo cards. Home delivery also available after 4:30 pm. Mart gives preference in billing counter to senior citizens and differently abled.

Wide variety of items, two floors. However, shop is very congested. For instance, the staircase area hardly has space for comfortable movement. Staff can be a bit more helpful. Parking facility available, prime location.

Shop is okay. Staff are helpful. But if you lose cash in the store they wont allow you to check the CCTV cameras. I lost a 500 INR note in the shop. I just wanted to check if I lost it while billing. They did not allow me to review the CCTV footage. They took my number and never called back . Be careful not to lose cash here.

This is a good super market with fancy gift items to buy. But one con I have about this mart is it is in a location that is not easily identifiable with very little parking space even for bikes. During rainy seasons, the roads are literally filled with water and trash (which is next to the building).Other than that you get almost everything that is necessary for everyday routine.

Some lady staffs in the bill counter are very lazy and lethargic. They dont proactively give free items for products that we purchase , we have to ask each time and that too they wont give correctly. Worst attitude, one lady with black shirt and black pant interestingly taking selfies where the customer is waiting to pick a product in the rack

Always stands a big queue for billing. For such a big store, at least 5/6 counters should be available so that people can avoid some delay. The billing associates always give a different reason each time for delay in billing ex: server issue, internet issue etc. No proper maintenance.

I think only the VV mart is literally just big super mart in Nanganallur. But, I felt bad about their membership offers. Nice place to purchase house hold items. Discount not as much.
