A heaven for book lovers. They have books of all genres for all age group. They have all variety of magazines. Also there are sections for colours, toys, stationary, CDs and pens. However whole year they will sale books only on MRP and no single day as sale day. Also I found staff is not very keen in helping to search books. They will treat you rudely sometimes.

Nice setup they had in their store...Books were stacked up genre wise and they even have a chair where in we can sit and read the book for a while...They even had a collection of stationery and other dazzling feminine stuff....They had a wide collection of children book...I was extremely happy with the collection of illustrated stories for children 😍

The store has a good collection of books. However with the impulse to check the price on Amazon a purchase rarely materializes unless the books are on discount. I think book stores need to think how to beat the online bandwagon.We are seeing the books in air-conditioned comfort but but mostly not buying the books. The stationery section is good but of course premium vs. a neighborhood mom and pop store. I would have given a 5* rating if the prices of books were competitive.I hope they do some out of the box thinking to make the book prices more competitive.Worth a visit to browse and spend quality time with kids. The children can be browse and make choices, good option to make them spend their pocket money here as an exercise / experience in making a choice and purchase.

The staff are very kind and assist us a lot. Liked the place. They have got a really huge collection of books.Being more into spirituality, I couldnt find a separate section for spirituality, the books were either nestled in the philosophy section or were housed along with other books.The book which I purchased for 250rs was available at half the price online.With the easy availability of the books online and at a lower cost, Starmark I feel should chisel out some strategy to offer something unique which makes the customers flock to them.

The quality of books have kind of gone down, in the sense that a lot of the books appear to be damaged or used and they have wear on them on the edges and sometimes even the pages. The employees hardly help and are usually chatting amongst themselves and dont bother to help people. I gave it a lenient rating of 3 stars only because they have a variety of items. They have books, toys, stationary, lunch boxes, bags, bottles, video games, movies, music, gadgets and travel accessories. They can really improve a LOT if only the employees were a little more helpful, because sometimes it feels like a maze and trying to find something specific is pretty difficult. Overall if you a one stop shop for your entertainment or stationary needs, this is the place to go, but just be ready for nobody helping you out.

This is a great place for Book Lovers, also has wide range of products from toys to stationary , water bottles and plethora of stuff (imported chocolates too) . If was one star from being 5-star product is because , A.C lacked to cool the store at a comfortable temperature..it was mostly bit warm...and the pricing found on other products ( except books ) are costly compared to market rates even more than their competitors. Which also makes this experience kind of luxury to buy stuff here. Overall great maintaince and good choices of reading materials.

If you bring your kid there, good chance that your wallet will drain. Its simply irresistible to not to buy the things which are put up there. Price is little bit high, but definitely bearable. I really love this store and always had a very good experience. But last month I bought a Ponniyin Selvan a periodic novel about the king Maharaja Raja Raja Cholan. But as and when I started reading it, the binding came off. It is a compilation of all the five volumes. This book was little cheaper than the one available online. Hence I doubted if they really knew about the damage? And sold it for a lesser price?? Or they were completely unaware? But one thing when I tried to reach them over the phone regarding this issue I couldnt catch them over the phone. Just that if they knew that, the book is damaged and for that if they sold the book at a lesser price! Then it is an issue, but if they are completely unaware of this fact, they either need to pick the call or update more appropriate number.

The heaven of bibliophiles. The place is well lit and adequate chairs given for readers. The shelves are well organised by genre also there is computer and assistance given to search book titles, it’s very useful feature to check for books availability. The music is not too loud to disturb your reading experience. Overall It’s a nice place to hangout , everytime I visit I spend 5 to 6 hrs. Lot of collections but one down side is that you ll find purchasing online a bit cheaper at least by 50 to 200 INR. However out of guilt I started purchasing books at their store because I use their resources..
