Is this Crossword and Forum Crossword the same? Coz people at Forum crossword said that there are only two branches in Chennai, one in Forum and one in Alwarpet. So want to confirm.

The guy at the billing counter said something vague about it being a franchise and hence not being able to use my crossword membership. Apart from the five books other stuff(greeting cards and fridge magnet) was not billable. So I had to discard the entire order and go to Om bookshop.

Its a small one. Not enough books are available. But the staff here is very helpful.
