One may see that this is just an outlet for Vi, but I look at it as a place where I got all my queries answered in just a matter of few minutes. I was an airtel user and wanted to port to Vi to see what are the best offers. The reps, Surya and Christina were very warm in welcoming their existing customers as well as extending their support to new customers. They were patient enough in handling any small query one might have. Really recommend this store for any Vi related queries as I want to pass on the same satisfied customer experience to others. This Vi Store gives you sensible response and service when visited in person. Just that its little congested for all to visit there and I would suggest Vi to assist their employees with necessary steps and guidance to handle the crowd in a better way. Overall experience is good, just for the lady who is assisting in the service process.

Felt bad experience with bill pay and reconnect vodafone network. I have been disconnected for last 10 days. After bill pay my connection is not active. After 4days follow up also issue not resolved. They trying to convince customer for the current situation not trying to resolve the issue which is very bad

Have paid the bill, but the amount is not credited to the account and the no got deactivated! This is the first time I am paying bill through mini store and it hurts! Advise everyone to pay through app or online. Since we can able to give a transaction I’d.when we face any issue. Avoid the mini store to pay bill.

They have shifted to this place from Gandhi road to near Buhari! Place is not much crowded and you need not to wait for hours and hours like in other store. Good customer service. Keep it up!!

Terrible customer service and attitude of the people working at the store. They have a ramp, which no wheelchair user can use. And yet they coarse to use it. No sensitization amongst the people working here. And on top they raise their voice on my friend who was just a mediator and helping me out in getting a new sim. Do not visit this even if this is the last place for you to get a sim.

Worst customer care support . Waste shop. I was trying to reach them with so many calls. Not at all picking but the phone is active and people responding to someone else.

Worst service provider.I am really disappointed. I came here on 8th July for deactivating my sim card and did not initiate the process. They did not deactivate the sim card till November and ask me pay outstanding bills, which I don’t even use.

Vodafone Dhandeeswaram showroom has moved here. The ambiance is good. However, locating the showroom was little difficult as the name board of the showroom is not clearly visible.

This Vodafone store is a good place for services related work.We went for migrating Sim from Bangalore to Chennai, which they did it a matter of 10 minutes. However the activation will take place in weeks time. Its as per procedure where they can not have anything to say.
