Poor experience. I guess it was the owner on the shop. He was not in the intention of neither servicing or talking and he was busy in watching Hindi news. Poor service and attitude. I guess track and trail should give him a training.

Overpriced.. Cycle light Track and Trail website says 245 but this showroom price 500.. They simply put sticker on MRP.. Not genuine management.. If you have no experience about cycles this showroom not recommend..

Purchased a Mach City Single Speed ibike. Very good service. Sales person was very clear in explaining details, showing models and helping out with trial ride. Overall a great experience.

Over pricing then other showroom minimum 500-600 rupees. Hercules cycles they are charing more than what actually priced by other authorized showrooms in chennai. Worst customer dealing. Simply charing for everything.

They cheat customers by over pricing. Rude old man cheats by adding gst and even for free accessories like mudguard I was been charged

Fraud dont even visit the shop for fixing horn and light they charged 2500 and I mentioned that in label MRP is 800and in Amazon it is 400 only how can ,they said we add GST and fixing charges, I told you just repair the horn and fix it,so obviously you sold damage product . Finally they were very rude and I paid,1200 . Not at all advisable

I bought cycle over here, but Very worst and rude response for small repair they asked come another day.. Another day.. Like that I took my cycle for minor problem around 6times,finally they took my cycle for repair, they asked us to come 10am but they asked us to wait till 12..12.30pm to arrive mechanic, and manager said that rudely you should not question what we have done for repair
