No proper response. Call and ask to come for test drive. When gone says no test drive for this new launch scooter. Then why called and asked to come. Waste sales person dont know price or exchange. Only train to says need to check with manager and manager not available. You give advance and book. Then they will check.

Best TVS service place in chennai. People are very responsible and provide the timely delivery of the vehicle. They even do a follow-up call on the service after 2-3 days of delivery. I used to travel 10 kms from my home to this place to get my vehicle serviced, though I have few service places nearby. Way to go!

Good service team for RR310 and the latest ECU upgrade is amazing could feel a drastic difference in engine.. mid-range performance is top notch.. TVS could upgrade more for top performance of the bike in future.. chain adjuster, Ride by wire, bubble windshield, Adjustable clutch.. waiting for more performance upgrade

Hi sir/mamThis is Arun Kumar , Im owning TVS NTORQ vehicle...vehicle NO. TN 10BF9111, bought on 14-4-2019 @ Anna Nagar show room , while delivering itself I had a problem in right side fork . I raised a complaint regarding the problem , they informed the problem will be solve in first service , but 1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th free service had done and 6th and 7th paid service also done, but they never take my complaint seriously , the problem continued , I raised a complaint but issue not retained clearly. Respected technician said this will get clear once you ride continuosly.Still Im getting problem in that , last month i serviced my vehicle for this issue, technician said we adjusted n cleared the fork. But they didnt clear my problem ,And now your service person saying fork leg problem need to change fully and it cost around Rs 2800 - Rs 3000. This showroom is good at Cheating people. They have prepared quotation for all bikes and quotations higher than the actual invoice amount. After you pay the amount and take the delivery you will see that they have given you invoice amount for at least 5-6 thousand less than what you paid for. And no break up will be provided. The will club all insurance, Rto and other charges under one head so that you cant find about their scam easily. If you ask them to provide break up for the amount they will tell you like its PDI Charges, helmet cost etc. Before delivery they will not even tell you about these costs. Infact they will tell that the helmet is free. They are supposed to give tvs sports series helmet but they will hand over to you cheap helmets and then charge you for the higher amount. Dont know how many people they have cheated till date. Beware of this showroom and be cautious at other showrooms as well. Its a common scam being run by all tvs showroom dealers.

Really bad service, after giving my vehicle for service under AMC I have to call them every day to know the potion of my vehicle they dont even respond back after i call them . I have to spend for phone call from my pocket to get my vehicle updates. Really bad customer service. I would recommend u not to go for purchase in this branch because when purchasing the will be good but after that headache starts.

Today was my 5th attempt to get a test ride of the TVS RTR 200.Finally they gave me a bike I understand it was a bike which went for RTO work and had come back for the person who purchased to be delivered. Thats so wrong to give someone elses bike to start with. I was uncomfortable to do it but they said they didnt have any other bikes.They took my original driving licence and asked me to collect it post the test ride. This was wrong as well, but I want to test the bike and gave my DL as well.They said someone else will come with me in the pillion seat ( WTH ) and I said ok cool no mood to argue...I started the bike and noticed the fuel indicator blinking.. the guy sitting in pillion cool air no problem. Went for about half a kilometre or ao and the bike stopped!! Reason fuel dry. Thank God there was a pillion from the showroom. Phew he called someone and they came with another scooter not fuel BTW.I was asked to tow the bike and I did till the showroom and filled up my feedback form.Worst showroom / service ever.I loved the bike but hate the place its sold

There is a delay for every thing they do here. Very poor customer service. Employers are behaving in a careless way. No proper administration. I am posting this with all my frustration sitting in the show room itself for more than two hours for delivery of the new bike for which I paid already. I feel that the owners should take care of all these things. I request owners to give the customers the fullest satisfaction in your service.
