Stayed here our senior marriage...its cost arround 2700 per day..average room maintains

The hotel is located next to the bus stand. Maintenance is not so good. It does justify for the amount we pay. Size of the room is small. No hot water.

Pros:Safe place to stay. Good hospitality. Nearby to redhills. Easy access to buses.Affordable cost.Cons:Electricity prob(when we stayed)But somehow they resolved itIf no electricity avail, mosquitoes will eat you. Beware😂

The bed is not comfortable, we stayed 4 members just for night but we are requested to checkout soon , they charged 2k for few hours stay there is no cart for extra person who 300 per extra person, no hot water just heater is there as a showcase, no amenities provided, no tv remote no ac adjustment remote this place not worth for what we paid... This is only place we got in the sorrounding so anyone like to go here think twice before you stay.

All reviews are fake. Too high cost not wort for money. Paying too high money without any amenities for such kind of room means we are wasting our money. No hot water, not at all cleaned rooms, no soap, no shampoo, no blankets, no towel, small toilet, if a person one who weighs 100kg will no fit into bathroom.For such small room paying ₹750 doesn’t make any sense If it was a 3star hotel. Hotel management would have charged you ₹7500 for a single person.This room is not at all cleaned very worst lodge better to stay in sharing rooms.I stayed here only for the purpose that I have to travel from Koyambedu to Puduvayal. It’s about 40kms distanceI request not to stay here please every penny is worth please make sure to stay in good rooms.

Budget friendly

Entrance is looking good. But the room is not clean, dirty linen and wash room was not cleaned.Not worthy for the tariff charged.

Parking is a hindrance. Stay is descent.

The place has good amenities for overnight stay except the fact that air conditioner may or may not work at all times. Make sure you confirm that air conditioner is working in person before booking the room. Bring your own bedsheets and check whether the tower bolts are in good condition.

Charges too high compare to quality. Also they charge extra for cash less transaction..They ask for cash transaction only. On same way more good hotel is there as compare to SAP guest house

Its a simple place to stay.. suffices the need of visitors.. provision with AC fitted, simple but cozy rooms.

Trust worthy. Nobody knows Hindi. Learn Tamil before going. small room. 750/- cost per 24 hour (as on September 2017)

OUT LOOK IS GOOD, INSIDE THE ROOM VERY WORST,A/C REMOTE NOT WORKING, NO DOOR LOCK FOR BATHROOM OUTSIDE, VERY SMALL SPACE FOR DOUBLE BED ROOM ITSELF. AND HIGH COST FOR THAT SMALL ROOMS, PAYMENT BY CASH ONLY, THEY DINT HAVE SWIPE OPTIONS TO CC OR DC.

No proper service and no value of the money

Water not coming 2 times, 8 hours Delay Maintenance.

Not bad. For emergency stays we can consider it. Comparing to room neatness and amenities quite costly.
