My hair was a mess with the experiments of my wife and myself. Mydeen (I think) took utmost care to set it right, the way I wanted it to look. Kartik, the stylist at Lakme completed my keratin hair treatment with perfection and offered good tips for hair-care post treatment. He knows his job and makes sure that his customers are aware of the products used, benefits and disadvantages of the treatment, and in general is super patient through the whole process. Rohini also sped up the treatment with her skills and together in 2 days, I got the exact result I was looking for, which generally doesnt happen over a trip to the salon. Knowing I am a returning customer, they also extended a really good discount on the service offered. :)

My engagement was held in a short notice, I was super busy and could go to the salon for facial only a day before the engagement, I had not done any facials ever, so was a bit hesitant to try one but Rizwana suggested me a facial with de-tan mask and under eye treatment, I gave it a shot, the result was really good and did not cause any reaction. I booked her (Rizwana) for my engagement makeup as well, She did report exactly on time @5am on the following day and completed my makeup within the stipulated time. She did fabulous makeup and braided my hair exactly the way I visualized it. I got many compliments for the makeup and hair. Good Job Rizwana

I got a haircut after 11 months to a short haircut. I was suggested KARTHIK as a senior to do a short haircut. Karthik hairstylist asked me for what i was keen on he was happy to go through the images i had selected for short hair, he understood my requirements and very patiently spending over an hour plus to give me the perfect short hair cut, with less maintenance. Good natured with pleasant manners he took time and let me know how much length he was cutting before and suggested how to set it for different appearance. Thanks karthik for the lovely haircut and your patience.
