Today I visited Delma for the first time, entering the restaurant itself felt feel good, the ambiance, seating chairs, everything felt pleasant. The menu had plenty of dishes; from that, we ordered few dishes like Afghani chicken, Chicken biriyani, Chicken noodles, and Chili chicken. The dishes tasted good and were worth money. Servers are friendly and responsive for whatever is asked and were providing things within minutes. The waiting period to get your dishes on the table would be anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes based on the number of dishes you order. The overall cost for two for us including GST was Rs. 851. For a few, it may look a bit pricey, considering the hike in every field and the taste and quality of food. I feel it is ok to give that price for a tasty dish, it is a must-visit restaurant for people in and around Iyyapanthangal.

Its a good one and iconic dish here is Kozhi Porichathu....awesome taste and worth quantity and quality for your cash

For cleanliness - 0 pointsFor Management - 10/10 points, they were super polite.But the rooms are so dirty. Better chose other hotel if youre the one who care about cleanliness.I need a reply from DELMA. I want to know what they think about their hotel dirtiness.

Worst experience ever. Theres no space when we reached. One of the waiter told as to wait. We were waited for more 30 minutes. None of them responded properly. We left the place without having dinner. This is very very worst experience. I never suggest this place to anyone. 😡

Good hotel, but seats are few, food was tasty, and not much parking space.

Not so great food. Gets toooooooo delayed. And the customer service is very bad. When I politely checked on the delay, person in the billing counter said, we have to cook and give and we dont serve whats already cooked. I was not even rude and I checked after 20 minutes. N when I said thats not the way to respond, the person didnt even look at me. Pathetic service and I will never go there again.

Good hotel with friendly people.Standard Room sizes were bit small.Courteous and well behaved people.I.loved the food from the restaurant, ordered egg fried rice with half cool drinks, costed me Rs. 190.A very decent quantity and excellent taste.U need not.purchase food outside considering the rate and quality of food offered in its restaurant..

Safe and secure and exotic food. Non veg especially. Rooms are clean n well maintained. Safe for women too. My wife n my mom stayed there for 3 days and didnt find a single complaint. Good location too. Easy access to many shops and an ATM. Service is friendly. Best choice in porur area.

Worst customer experience. They treat customers like sheep. The taste was horrible. When confronted with the payment issue, they started yelling at us for no reason. Ambience was sub-par. Nothing to like about this place to be honest.

Hotel is located at prime location near SRMC. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and cordial. Price is affordable. Overall good experience.

Not able to give -5 star thats why I am giving one star. Me and my colleague entered here to have lunch. We placed order for 2 mutton biryani and we received. While eating I got small piece of aluminium foil sheet using for packings. I showed to supplier he said sorry and told me its maybe came while transfer briyani from cooking vessel to serving vessels.Got horrible answer from supplier and hotel owners and managers seeing this no one is come to convince me. I dont wish to eat please take off my plates and paid full money without any hesitation cashier received cash.400 or 500 not a problem but If i had this foil who will take care of health issues. I have to face.They lost one best customer who loves food more.My recommendation to all, go eat foods in good hotels.

Good foodService delay

The place is little far from DLF IT park. Taste of the good was ok. Cost wise it is pocket friendly. Barbecue chicken was very nice. But mayoonese was very little and they are charging for asked little more, that was bad from customer point. Briyani was ok taste. Fish briyani was not up to the mark.

Mutton Briyani was superb and the BBQ chicken was delicious. If you are in Chennai pls try to visit the place with your family.

I had food with my wife at Delma Restaurant on 07.02.2019.We swiped our card for payment(Rs.730).Waiter swiped it two times.Slip generated for one time.But we have a double entry in our passbook. After clarifying with the bank,the very next day we visited and enquired regarding this.But we have no proper response from the people of Delma till now.They have not return our money till now.Such a poor response for the customers.Pitty thing is.....I visited this hotel first time.First impression is the worst impression.Finally me and my wife conveying to the people of Delma,please pay the excess amount(Rs.730) collected from us to Kerala Flood Victims-Kerala Chief Ministers relief fund.Jaihind

Biriyani taste and quality is superb and nice. We bought bucket biriyani delicious and served hot.

Worst ever I seen in my life. We booked bulk rooms but not even hand over half of that after waiting an hour. After asking hot water they switch on the heaters which will take half an hour time. Toilets not maintained well. Waste of money...

We jus went to this hotel to try the Arabic food..the grill chicken we ordered was really good and it had no oil which was a plus for our diets..must have for people looking for healthy options in grill chicken
