I fixed the appointment for 3pm and reached before that. But they were doing service for someone who is not fixed the appointment. They were asking me to come after 40 mins. This is how they treat the customer. Better improve, youre spoiling the brand name.

Due to the pandemic situation they take the temperature of the clients as they enter in but ironically they ask the customers to remove the mask while the service is being done. I went to the place after reading rave reviews about the stylist Shobana but the way she handled me while washing my hair was extremely unexpected . I have been to several top notch parlours but this is the first time I was asked to stand and bend my head forward so she could wash my hair and moreover the additional suggestion was if I could kneel on the chair to wash the front/crown portion of my hair !!!! My hair cut looks terrible and the flicks look so sharp as if an amateur cut it. I noticed a hairdresser borrow the hair brush that was used on me for another client ( disgusting).. The price is ok but my debit card got declined for as much as four to five times due to unknown reason and the receptionist made a face as if I am pretending to give a card with no cash in it. I did a upi scan to complete the bill payment because I saw the QR code scan placard luckily. They don’t suggest upi payment proactively but advising me to go to the nearest bank to withdraw . On the whole , I had a bad experience with this place and will never visit again.

Mr Ramesh did my hair styling.Really thanking him for giving such a nice hair do. The front office staff is too good in maintaining hospitality. Value for money. Great.

Just like all franchise outlet the interior and rates where almost same. Parking is a little difficult as the entrance is through the side road. The hair cut was pretty decent. I went with the stylist the entry level guy. He did his job quietly without forcing for spa or other stuff. Staff are also good. Worth trying.

The hospitality is awesome, the professionals are expert and the availability is worth appraisal. I wonder how they provide such great service at such an affordable rate. I have been there only 3-4 times but my wife goes there every week. She gets her work done by some girl called Karina or Karuna, I dont really remember. In total I will definitely give this salon a 9/10 and recommend others

I had my best Salon experience here with great customer service. I got my hair cut by Shobana. She really got what I wanted and I left feeling very satisfied with my new look. She loves her profession and rocks...... I Highly recommend her to everyone.

Below satisfactory service. Showed the top stylist a picture to recreate, mind you , I have the same hair texture as the one in the picture. The top stylist told that she would recreate the look but ended up giving me the 2 inch short layers at the top of my hair. No good communication also. Staffs need to be trained to talk , understand the clients needs and give the client a cut and style that they want not what the hairdresser thinks is best.

This is not the first time I’ve been here. But this time I was appointed with a new hairstylist (Shobhana) . Right from the start her hospitality and service was so good. I had she insisted on few things to be done for the haircut . Overall was really happy with the service , value for money..!!

Over all experience was amazing. And luckily I got Krishna as my stylist and he did a wonderful job, he was really patient and extremely professional and courteous... Must try place guys

I had asked for Diamond facial worth RS.2,200 but on introspection with the therapist, it came to an understanding that they had used the grease control cleanup products which was only1,200 in the tariff card..They mislead the customer by fooling them with the high priced service with a low priced service..Very Disappointed and feels cheated.. I had really bad experience here... i visited for haircut but stylist forced me to do hair spa and smoothening wash which costed extra.. when i denied the same her behavior changed and did not sho much interest in my haircut.. i asked for short haircut but she denied and did a regular layer cut which costed 876 here but other parlours offer the same for 400 rupees as low... i will never visit again... worst staff response and behavior

It’s not worth for the money. Service is not good... Generally I will go for Toni & Guy other branches, just I thought to try here. I had been here for cleanup but they forced me to do detan with clean up which costed me 2300 which is waste of money. Not worth for the money paid
