The staff are very polite and helpful. They have good collection of make up items for men and women. There is no parking. You can park in front of the shop at your own risk. Or you can park in nearby lane

Uncomfortable experience in Keelkattalai H&G branch. While entering the shop itself, the staffs are passing some bad comments and making fun of customers.. Such a worst behaviour that is and I totally lost the mood of purchasing.. No proper response for the queries about the products as well.. H&G is definitely a right place for perfect products and no doubt in that.. but the Keelkattalai branch staff behaviour is not at all bearable. This is not a one off issue and its happening almost all the time we visit.PS: At the bill counter, we heard one more customer also bringing in same concerns as mentioned above.

Ok types. I love Health and Glow. You name it and you get it. But Keelkatalai branch is a little small, but ki d of have most of the stuff. Im used the branches right in the heart of the city, but this one is not bad.

Old stocks... Sunscreen with just one year shelf life left sold and no newer stocks available...

Very very worst experience at this branch. Girls are only sale minded not at all guiding to choose exact shade. This was my second worst experience. Sales girls are promoting and fighting each other in front of customer to promote their brands. Finally I lost my money. Doesn’t even given my right shade of foundation. They itself don’t know to provide. If u already know about the products go to purchase Else don’t go. Online purchase even better.

Very Worst experience i had in Keelkattalai store Health and glow which i ever had in any store, i asked billing counter person (who was a male) to redeem my points which i had, he said some amount which i can redeem, so i told to proceed, after i am to back to home and i checked the bill he discounted very less amount but he charged me the full amount without discount. I will definitely think several even to go there because of this worst experience.

Worst experience in Keelkattalai branch H&G. I was looking for Bridal makeup products. All the products they have with regard to cosmetics are not sealed and once after I reached home I noticed that they have given the already used Primer and all the products I purchased from this Keelkattalai branch were not sealed and seems like it was used already. I will definitely think twice even to make my presence to any of the H&G because of this worst experience.

Worst experience ever with Health and Glow. Because of this branch behavior I would definitely think twice before re-entering any H&G Store.I placed a order for Giovanni silk conditioner and was very specific to the Store in charge at keelkatalai branch Ms. Lavanya that if conditioner is not available I will not get the shampoo, will prefer something else. But she promised it will be here and asked me to next day at 6 pm and also she promised a call. No response and I finally show up at the shop and she forgot to place the order 😡 I waited for 40 mins while they sent a staff to pallikaranai branch to collect.
