I bought a Lakme Mascara from Health and Glow Phoenix with which I was not satisfied. When I raised my complain in Health and Glow,Mr. Mahendra from Phoenix Health and Glow was very prompt to resolve my issue accepting for a return. He even arranged a return request from my nearest Health and Glow center where Mr. Pratosh was very helpful in settling this even though his sore was not the one from where I bought it. I am truly amassed by the customer service from both Phoenix and Thubarahalli Health and Glow store. Thank you so much.Hence I changed the star from one to 5! Cheers!

So this place is all nice and stuff to get all your beauty and skincare products under one roof, but man! The sales ladies have to be well versed with what they are selling. Being a makeup artist and an owner of my own skincare line, it was infuriating that these ladies were selling products they have no knowledge about. I cannot imagine if the customer ends up having any skin reaction or disappointed if the products they buy mere on the sales ladies recommendation. Making a sale is one thing, but playing and risking the customers health is totally unacceptable. Would strongly suggest and advice the mangement to provide their staff with proper and basic training on their products they are marketing.

I purchased 5 cosmetics items from this outlet( phoenix) it priced 50% higher than online stores. Not worthy. We can get better products at reasonable price at other shops I wont recommend this outlet

Service was really good. Genuine products at Affordable rate. There is an offer going on now for colour bar make up set. For 5K I got make up kit absolutely free along with compliment items too.

Very unprofessional and uncaring behaviour by the billing department executive at the Phoenix mall city, Chennai outlet. We had to literally abandon all the items purchased and walk out from your store. My wife is a regular member of Health and Glow but ystday behaviour by your billing reps was highly casual and not bothered at all attitude for customers

I give the more & more starts for servicing executives bec they are more, almost covered in the full space, we cant even breath, whenever we trying to reach a product, before that executive will start explaining, we cant even think whether it will buy or not & most important thing is, these people will always sells old stocks, more than three years am visiting not even chaining their products, i will be return quickly, so kindly my big suggestions is dont listen anyones giggle words, just choose ur own products & must check the dates perfectly thats enough, these ppl wont change, we should be alert, we should appreciate a floor supervisor who appointed, i mean who filled the complete floor instead of customer he or she great business mind, hats off :O)
