Worst Is the word to describe this place , Owner is very rude And arrogant, they Make you feel Like, You are a begger and they are obliging you by giving you a service... they didnot Finish my makeup,and no liner on my bridal day... And made me cry By scolding me publicly... There were 3-4 party makeup being entertained, Even they were also Fighting Because of the poor makeup products... Then I ran to xpose and got my makeup...and at the last moment I Requested them to do my bridal makeup.... It was amazing service I got there in xpose. Never recommend classic to anyone.

Very very very poor..... Just by posting drama in instagram they make people fool...very disappointed with my Wifes makeup.... Ekdum ramleela bana diya... And when i asked them to remove and give me my koney back they started scolding me... not recommend this place to anyone...

Their owner Kunjal is very unprofessional & rude . I don’t recommend this for Bridal makeup . Especially for the brides from outside Jodhpur don’t ever book them as they will not respond after book .They don’t have general manners to talk to client .

Hello Team classicI just got my nail extension done from this salon and they said it will work for 15 days but mine got ripped in 2 days only and this was the second time I went for the extensions as the first time were also not good as.Am disappointed..!Rest other services are good.

I’ve been going to classic for over 6 months now. I’m more than satisfied with the services they provide and the price they charge. The staff too is really friendly and assures comfort of the client. Safety precautions are taken care of as well!I’d come to Jodhpur after long years and didn’t know a place to go for all the beauty needs. I went there for the first time and got my hair coloured and I was really happy!So yes I’d recommend Classic to everyone in the city!

Place is not hygenic at all, staff is not equiped with nail extension process , staff was very unprofessional , also they were so rough blood starting coming out of my nails, even then they forcefully did acrylic extensions. Owner is too rude , Brand name is too hyped.

This is not at a unisex salon. For mens its 10/0 because you need to wait around 1/2 hour for simple grooming and haircut.Guys improve your service quality this must fir your business.

This is a very poor salon, they do not know how to handle the customer. After making an appointment and refuses to provide service. Management is not right. I would suggest everyone to go to other parlour but dont go to the classic make studio.

The head wash n massage was so amazing and the staff was superb humble and kind..Top the young boy aman who did the haircut was beyond expectations .. he was really giving me good tips for hairs... God bless the child. Thanks aman

I had cleanup which was very harsh. Overall cleanup was good with rude and unproffesional staff and the worst issue i faced with charges. Before taking the package they agreed for 20% discount and after the cleanup, they tood Rs.1000 charges and even did not provided bill.

I hail from jodhpur, I took my bridal makeup from classic make up , make up was good,but price are on higher side undoubtedly. The staff is so unprofessional ,even very rude to their customers,even on my D-day,they don bid a single wish ,and behave lyk so rude. I just want to say that consistency and haveing empathy also does matter just being popular and money is not enough. I will suggest to do some research on yourself,you wil definitely find good free lancer as well on insta or any other social media. I heard these negative reviews from many local people as well .

I have taken keratin treatment and highlights and that was the worst hair service i ever had with the untrained staff and the worst part is that the owner is not at all worried to recheck if the service given by their staff is ok or not. They literally wasted my whole 2 days and the result is pathetic and my Rs.8500 is all in drain. Will never ever go to this Salon.

Zero professionalism and front desk people have extreme arrogance.-Most of the female staff would stay busy gossiping-no privacy while taking services, any staff member can enter anytime or the curtains are not fixed, even on asking for privacy, the request was laughed off-front desk lady would not inform whether card payments can be done or not, after service is finished you would be asked to pay in cash, can’t believe such famous studio doesn’t have card swipe options!-Most of the staff would make you believe its your fault or issue with your skin type or hair type-it’s merely a commercialized place with zero professionalism

Best makeup studio in Jodhpur

Dirty, unprofessional but good make-up. It used to be good but the owner needs to revamp the place now.The floors seemed like they had not been brings and mopped for days, the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the wet floor and the napkins pulled up at the entrance on the 2nd floor were filthy (they were all filled up to be used in clients, so they were definitely not the used ones) The place is overstaffed with untrained people. I asked for a hair spa and at the end they left my hair wet and ungroomed. The employee who started my eyebrows asked someone else to continue as she did not feel confident enough to do the needful. The next lady very quickly messed up the whole thing leaving one eyebrow thinner than the other despite me starting clearly how I wanted them. When I told her that I was unsatisfied, she left saying shes calling yet another employee while the one who had started doing my eyebrows tried to send me downstairs to pay. Needless to say, I was really upset about my eyebrows and the low standards of service. To be fair, they had a bride and her entourage getting ready and they looked good. Go here for make-up but you are better off spending your money at a more professional and cleaner parlour for other services.

Big salon with feel of maternity ward. Curtains are full of black stains. Napkins, linens,towels used for facials and massage are dirty , used and unhygenic. Entire area smells like someone has sprayed hair removal cream all around.Owners arrogant attitude is up to the mark. When asked after threading that why the eyebrows were not given the similar look, she replied....the eyebrows should be done only where you go regularly. The salon is quite popular for makeup but i found theyre so poor in rest of the services. Actually they dont care if customer are dissatisfied.The place is good for only those who are not hygiene conscious.

Very rude and arrogant staff especially the girl who sits at the help desk. Place not clean.Services standard not maintained. Overpriced. Asked the staff prior only if they would let rent jewellery without make up, they said yes so selected some jewellery but ended up wasting 45 min because post selection the girl at help desk very rudely and arrogantly declined that you cant rent jewellery if you are not going for make up.

Very arrogant and highly unprofessional folks. I don’t usually give negative reviews but this one had to go out. They do not understand basic politeness so don’t expect anything. The staff also has some sort of attitude issues- very annoyed!
