Something which youd find in northern parts of Kerala !Their Dates Pickle is simply out of world !!Btw their food pricing ( which is not too expensive though ) is NOT inclusive of VAT !If you want a quick tasty biriyani and lemon tea while you are somewhere near Taramani, this is The Best spot !!

Will never recommend this place even to my enemy.The ambience is good. But you have house flies disturbing you throughout. It will not leave you to eat peacefully. I have ordered a biriyani and quarter tandoori. The Biriyani is nothing but plain rice mixed with some saltless, spiceless and most importantly tasteless gravy. I felt like eating plain rice with no taste at all. Since we have so many varieties of Biriyani these days, I enquired what biriyani is it. To my utter shock, they said it is normal chennai biriyani. I was shocked to the core hearing it. I have had biriyani in so many hotels and know how a biriyani or infact kushka tastes. And this guy is cooly lying to me and that too to a foodie. He also told me that the Biriyani you get elsewhere also taste like this only... Lol..The next thing is the tandoori chicken. It is colorful with all the red color in it. It is a bit hard and chewy as if taken from fridge and heated directly. Again, they forgot to add spices, atleast salt to it.Maybe they stopped buying salt and other masalas as a measure of cost cutting.When I was there, I was the only customer and before leaving there were 2 other people eating there. Maybe first timers go to this restaurant without knowing about it. Being in the middle of most crowded area, this hotel is just empty. So, you can learn about the food quality from this itself
