Got mutton from Fipola, the meat was tender, soft and juicy. Loved the taste after cooking and recommending the place for fresh non vegetarian items.

I ordered marinated Peri Peri prawns and fresh fish from fipola. The marination was too good and time consuming just fried them in oil and with in few minutes spicy Peri Peri prawns ready. Fish was so clean and sliced properly.Just wash it once and you can use it. Neat packing with all safety measures. All over I give 5 stars for packing and quality

Fipola definitely stands for quality. My go to place for fresh meat, chicken and seafood. I visited the Adyar branch recently and was so impressed with how clean and well sorted it is. I generally dont write reviews but had to for Fipola because they genuinely deserve all the appreciation.

I love the fact that the meat they deliver is 100% antibiotic and formalin free. The safety standards are met and they are delivering bang at your doorstep with zero contact delivery which makes it absolutely safe for you to order meat during this pandemic period. 😍

If you dont want to enter local meat shop, this is a nice alternative. Chicken is antibiotic free, quality at a premium price. With good customer service.8 am opening on all days. 7am opening on Sundays.They are also giving 5% discount now.Carry a bag. They used to give good chicken and mutton soups. They stopped that from Nov 2018.The store prices are comparatively cheaper than Fipola app.

4 stars for the seer fish they sell. Quality n taste too good compared to local market stuff. I used to buy from here cos I didnt have to clean the inside or scales but of late they just remove the head n give. For that the local market guys do a better job. Except for the seer I wont buy any other sea prods from here.

Today purchased 500 grams goat cut curry. But 400 grams are bones only.

I dont think they treat customers good, they dont even know how to basically reply to customers. I felt even the local fish market was better in responding. I dont think I will prefer them anymore

Yesterday I ordered 2 sets of prawn and scheduled to deliver on today morning.I received the prawns today, but it was to smelly, so I raised a complaint and asked for return.I received a new set of products, but that is also not good,1. I ordered small prawn, but received a larger one2. It was too rubbery3. It was also found smelly, but to prevent the smell something was added.4. Post cooking we could feel the smell and it was rubbery5. The product was not fresh.If you didnt have a fresh product, please dont take the order.We had only small portion, that too couldnt eat properly, we just throw it in the dustbin.We believed in Fipolo giving good products only, but it was wrong.400 Rupees was literally thrown away in dustbin.Totally disatisfied.

Ordered fish. Was not delivered on the scheduled date. Next day got a call saying they dont have it and whether can be substituted with a different one. Worst customer service.

Not happy as 20% discount was denied today stating that it could be availed on Sunday only. During pandamic Fipola shouldnt tempt people to crowd inside on sundays for discount. Inside was stuffy without ac.

They are doing well. But they need to pay close attention and be on their toes regarding maintenance of their store.

Needs to be more consistent on freshness and quality. Last week I bought chicken and it was really good, and being impressed, switched our purchase from our regular shop and bought again here today. Disappointingly it seemed frozen chicken which had been thawed and had a gamey odour and bland taste when cooked. I have had no complaints in the past. Hope better care is taken next time..

Very much disappointed on my order.Ordered half kg of goat curry cut.When I opened the box, I was able to see mostly bones and white skin..not able to find much of fleshes..Never buy mutton from Fipola Adyar..my sincere advise to everyone who read this.

Best place to buy fresh or marinated meat. They offer variety of meat and sea food and in different cuts too. I used to buy online but now I prefer visiting their store as we get better idea of what we are buying. Nominally priced minus the hassle of a fish market. 👍🏻

Fipolas quantity is a rip off for the money they charge. I ordered prawns for 340 rupees and all i got was 15 pieces. They did not deliver another item on the list and did not bother to call me or initiate refund. Bad customer service from the Adayar chain of Fipola.

Mmm... so I regularly buy chicken from Fipola and Tendercuts. Both have good staff, but Fipola has a slight edge over Tendercuts. Fipolas chicken costs slightly less than Tendercuts chicken. I was happy with the quality of meat Fipola provided, but recently the quality is questionable. The meat kinda splits apart while cleaning and also theres a slight gooey feel when the chicken is washed in water. Maybe they arent replenishing their stock and freezing their chicken over and over again?Dont know whats going on here, but Fipola must definitely up their quality of meat if they wanted to retain their customers.Also, it will be a good idea to use separate chillers for their seafood and poultry because the chicken sometimes smells a bit fishy, but it goes away after washing.
