Good Restro Bar,Budget friendly and nice atmosphere to get with friends🌺🔥

Menu prices are high.. but remaining all are good..

We found this gem of a place by chance and immediately fell in love with it. Very tastefully done up and cool interiors, lot of thought has gone into it am sure. The music was played was not loud and blaring like in most pubs in the city.The service was awesome, with absolutely no flaws. Alex too great care and we were made to feel at home as if we were regulars there.Food was great, value for money.It was karaoke night on Thursday and we landed up without knowing that. Mridhula the DJ was awesome and she kept the crowd going.We had a great evening and we are going back for sure for many more evenings there.Absolutely recommended.Great place, tasty food and awesome people.Keep up the good work.

Mechanics a garage themed resto pub is located in the lanes of nugambakkam. I did not find anything fascinating about the interiors or the place on the whole. I was pretty much not very satisfied with the varieties. They did not have much variety for beer. We ended up having tequila shots. I was very much disappointed with the food. The chicken satay we tried was really bad, the marination felt so wrong.The nachos was decent. We had the chicken pop corn which tasted the best out of all the dishes we tried. Salt and pepper chicken was meh.Definitely not the happening resto pubs but yes if you just want to hang out , listen to some music you could check out this place.

Chill!! The Resto bar is located on the 2nd floor of the building.For fresh faces, it’s located in the same building where gusto cafe is situated.The bar setup and and interiors are just amazing. Their stands out with unique decors reflecting a garage kind of setup. The seatings are very well organised. The coolest part is there’s a car kind of seating arrangement in which you sit and enjoy your orders.The prices are quite reasonable for and taste wise 👍🏼. It’s not unique or any wow factor but you can have your heart fulfilled for the money spent.It’s got a separate smoking room with crazy wall decors and paintings. You’ll really love it.

We were a group of 25-30 people and we tried a variety of dishes, but, the service was a little messed up. Also, the staff seemed a bit impolite right from the point of entry to service on table. They seemed quite controlling. Nevertheless, we had a great time!I loved the Korean Popcorn Chicken and Dragon Chicken the best. The popcorn was served on sticks, like skewers. The Prawn Satay was also quite good.The cheesy dip that came with the Nachos tasted and looked pretty bad.The Chicken Burger seemed quite dry as the buns were quite big and the patty seemed like rubber, quite tasteless. The Vegetarian Burger was way better.The Piri Piri fries tasted great. The Sausage Basket was okay, but it was difficult to differentiate between the pork and chicken sausages without tasting it.They seemed to have put in effort in styling the food but it still needs a lot of improvement. it needs to look appetising and be of use as well.A decent ambience. This place is located right above Gusto and is easy to identify.

We were immensely pleased with the service and offerings. Would love to come back some time and try some more craft cocktails.Love the garage concept.

Finally at Mechanics :P The place was quite less happening when we arrived but then it picked up the pace !! DJ was awesome tonight. Loved the ambience. One of the places where we had a wide variety of food to choose from !! Ordered crispy chicken lamb, amristari fish,pork sausage basket and chicken keema balls. Everything was just perfect. After a few rounds of whisky wanted to check if they have some chocolate based cocktail, which few bars didnt have. The mixologist there gave me one which was perfect to my taste but lacked a bit of the chocolate flavour . Ordered it again mentioning to ramp up the chocolatey flavour !! The next drink was heaven 😍 Perfect chocolate drink 😍😍The service was too good !! Contrary to my previous experience, this is a must visit place !!

The place has decent ambience. Went once on the opening day and once in Jan 2021. Better organized now. They prepare food very fast and amazing hospitality. The food and drinks menu has very good variety. The seating could be better organized.

Was here on a weekday evening with friends.. Ample parking, easy access and spacious seating.. The ambiance of the place is well thought of, right from their name (done using tools and parts) at the entrance near the stairs to the car themed seating layout and the hanging bulbs..!!Their service was quite fast and Loved the recommendations that came from the service team..!!Felt the food portions was less for the price being charged..!!Stuffed Sweet Chilli Peppers - A must try here..!!Sate Paneer Makhani Sticks - Too good..!!Loved their fries and dips and their BBQ chicken.. Oh and not to forget their Chicken Malai Tikka was also amazing..!!The music was bit loud..!!

Hidden gem. Great place to hang out with friends. Food and drink is top class. Has a smoking room too.

There were barely 10 people in the bar and it still took them an hour to get me my single lonely pint. The only silver lining was they had live music that day by a couple of brilliant musicians. If it werent for them I would have left in twenty minutes.

About Mechanics: A descent sized bar with a rustic and mechanical setup within. The functional crankshaft display is cool with the bartenders blends. Music is very very bad - just Noise.Pros:1. Nice bartenders - good attitude2. Good servings of dishes within packages3. Frequency of starters repeat is well maintained.Cons:1. Music is an important factor for any PUBs - Even though 80% of people asked for better music which the management denied.2. Smoke room isnt properly concealed.3. Restrooms is very very small - if someone puked, you never get to use restrooms at all.Message to management:1. Concentrate on your DJ & Music.2. Consider all feedbacks from the crowd without neglecting.

This is one of the best Resto Bar you could find in the city. Ambience is good. Food is decent. Liquor was good too.Costly one but can be definitely chosen for rare visits with friends. A good place to take ladies too.Reason for 4 stars: Food needs improvement and would recommend giving complementary snack of 1/2 considering the branding is more of Liquor varities.

The food was fantastic! The apst dishes are outstanding and tandoori paneer was next level. Must must visit. Boozy watermelon drink was also really good. A great place to visit with friends!

A decent Bar! Not so happening! Place where you get drought beer ! Doesnt much have the feel of a pub! DJ is okish . He didnt hv much great mix ! Sound was decent.. not loud ! The food taste is okish and doesnt have much on the menu.. very limited.. the interiors are good though as a mechanic theme.. The staff is not that experienced! Specially in pouring beer 🤣 Overall a one time visit! It was out gang who put some life in the bar on a Saturday Eve! Or it was running pale !

Strictly do on recommend mechanics, the staff is unwelcoming and rude. The offers that they state online on Zomato and dineout are not applicable on the bill. Clearly got tricked by themActually does not even deserve a star!!

We had a dine out voucher and there was a disagreement with the T&C of the voucher and the Clubs policy. Instead of trying to solve it amicably the clubs manager said he would rather want us to leave than compromise. Never seen such a rude and unappreciative hotel management.

Lovable ambiance. This place literally sums up the adage. It is very quiet , beautiful,open space. The menu is both veg and non veg. I eat only veg. Food option is galore and vivid. Great taste and quality .

Ambience is great. Innovative and different in its own way. Menu is especially for those who are hard core non-veg. There are barely a handful of dishes for veg but they are good. I had tried the Rice noodles. I havent had better noodles than these.

Went there for the New Years Eve party and it was rocking. DJ understood the mood of the crowd and kept switching to great songs one after the other. The food was excellent but it was so crowded for the small place that it became difficult to get it without a hassle. Drinks were served pretty quick and were of good quality. Will recommend for further events, given that they manage to control the crowd. 👍

Worst staff behavior... No air condition rate is very high

The bouncers were way too harsh and rude. They even demanded extra money for entry.Management please take necessary action for their stupid behavior.
