No complaints on the Collections nor the quality.. but very poor customer service.. Went to buy anklet but none of the sales person bothered to ask what we are looking for..We we’re standing for a long time and we requested the sales person to come and show the collection..It’s our first time to GRT and it’s a worst experience..

This was my go-to place for Jewellery purchase. It used to have a very nice customer experience and the attendants were cordial and patient. Last few visits were very disappointing. They show no interest in explaining or understanding what the customer wants. The Gold purchase is expensive when compared to other shops and people come here mainly for the design and the customer experience. Yesterday was my last visit and that is going to be my LAST visit.

There is a dominos close. Dont plan on taking your kids to the jeweller and then finish by having pizza. The dominos is very small, cant cater to the growing demand. You would probably have to wait for 45 mins for the pizza.
