Купували в Цитрусі не один рік, і не один телефон. Спочатку купували в інтернет-магазині, тому дуже зраділи, коли в місті відкрився магазин. Обслуговування відмінне, привітні консультанти, які відповідають на поставлені запитання та дають корисні поради. І все було добре, поки, майже рік тому, ми з дружиною не придбали телефон. Вірніше, коли придбали, було все добре, проблема сталася тепер. Справа ось в чому: коли прийшли купувати телефон, привітний консультант надав всю інформацію, яка нас цікавила. А дізнавшись, що телефон купуємо для дитини, запропонував додаткову гарантію. На наше питання, в чому вона полягає, любязно пояснив, що, щоб не трапилося з телефоном, ми зможемо його обміняти. Його слова: Навіть, якщо телефон повністю розібється, навіть на частини, ви їх збираєте в пакетик (частини), приносете нам, і ми вам міняємо на телефон. Так як телефон куплявся для дитини, ми згодилися, і придбали цю дадаткову гарантію. І от пройшов майже рік, у дитини впав телефон і розбилося скло (хоча і було захисне). При зверненні до магазину, оглянувши документи, зясувалося, що в нас додаткова гарантія на гарантійне обслуговування після закінчення гарантійного строку. На таку послугу ми б не погодилися, та нам її ніхто і не пропонував. В магазині нас любязно зробили дурненькими, типу, що нам пропонували багато послуг, а ми обрали не ту, що думали. Але ми з дружиною (причому удвох) чітко почули саме про ту послугу, при якій можна обміняти телефон, в разі пошкодження. Ніяких інших нам і не пропонували. І от тепер думаємо: чи то в магазині помилився продавець, коли проводив нам оплату? Чи то так спеціально проведено? Чи то така схема: дурити людей, розказуючи одне, а на справді виявляється зовсім інше? Схиляюся до думки, що то навмисне навчають консультантів розводити людей. І навіщо нам та подовжена гарантія? Ми б на неї ніколи не погодилися, бо не бачимо в ній сенсу. Ось так і закінчилася наша дружба з Цитрусом! Більше туди ні ногою, і знайомим та родичам закажу обходити його стороною!
