No one attend the calls, very poor service . They pick the call but did not speak . such a unmannered staffs

The queue system is awful. One has to write in a log book the name, account number and purpose of visit. And the person monitoring it also acts as an advisor. No wonder one ends up sitting there for half an hour just to deposit a cheque into their loan account!!!!!
