Worst service. The staff behavior is worst. They do not know what is customer satisfaction. They delayed my PMRY for 12 months and simply stated it is because of over work load. Now I applied for closure, more than 20 days over, but they have not replied. Their interest rates are high. Customer service is very good in Bank of Baroda or SBI. Even LIC know what it means to be customer satisfaction. CANFIN MEANS CARRY ARROGANCE
