I ordered for my son birthday. Cant digest this much poor service because the cake was completely shaken. And I ordered half kg butterscotch cake, but i delivered normal vanilla cake at the price of 750. This is my worst experience ever in online food purchase, that too my sons birthday. I just shared my own experience. Really disappointed with the service.

I ordered chocolate truffle and it was so tasty that we didnt even thought of taking its still. The cake was same as it was given on their website and app.The only thing is delivery made was around 45 mins later than the estimated delivery time.

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered for my wife Birthday but they didnt write anything over it, even I wrote the messages and also mention in personal messages too. I ordered online.They delivered in night instead of evening 2-5pm slot. poor customer support.Quality was very bad, I have to through cake into dustbin as no one wants to take second bite.They never accept their mistake.you have to make many call to get a chance to connect with costumer care.Also very surprisingly, they do not show low rating in their website.

NEVER EVER TRUST!!! They have mentioned express delivery, same day delivery etc etc in their website, but they do not do that. I really doubt about the positive comments in their reviews (whether they themselves have created those!!!!??). For a Birthday dated 29th May, they call and ask if they can deliver it on May 30th and that too not sure!!!.. I normally do not give such comments in my reviews, but these guys are hopeless!!!!

Ordered black forest cake on 02-june-2021 but they have not delivered the cake as promised time ....realy tried a lot to reach them no response...worst service ever..please dont buy anything from this shopdear Winnii had ordered the cake on 31-05-21 and you promised to deliver the cake by 2pm and your delivery boy calling me at 8.40 pm and asking whether I can deliver, which the delivery time will take 1 hour for him and by 9.45 pm. I am totally frustrated ever since the birthday was cancelled because of you.in this situation, what will be be your decision...it was forced to cancel..please refund the full amount as early as possible.

Worse service. Order delivered incompletely and you dont know till you receive as there is no early communication. They dont know to copy and write the name as we mentioned and they say it is the same meaning. Even greeting card hand written on paper that I could do it. Worse service and dont recommend

But they deliver a wrong cake after 5PM that too after continuous call to customer care. And not providing any tracking options. Better go to nearby shop and order. Irresponsible management and customer careOrder id: 105171591755ve been calling the customer care and trying to chat in the website from 4 PM and after such a struggle, I came to know from the customer care representative that MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION(for doubts/suspicion, please try to check my conversation with your representative, that would be recorded in your database). This happened around 7:15. I requested that representative to cancel the order and send me a confirmation, which he accepted.Then, after quite some time, I received a Call from a guy saying that the cake is on its way and it will be delivered around 8 PM. I replied that Ive cancelled since the expected time of delivery was 6 PM(which was the slot I booked in your website!!).I called customer care again to ask about the status and I was shocked to hear that, the order has been returned since I REFUSED TO ACCEPT!!More shocking is that I received an email and text msg stating that the order has been delivered to me!!No response/refund/cake yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOTE:Dear Winni, pl dont ask me to call to your customer care and declare that you wanted to study the situation..I have been doing this since 4 PM yesterday and you dont have understood the issue!

My anniversary occasion is ruined just order cake chocolate and gift to have a surprise as we had many failures recently this was the biggest mistake i regret every moment to read reviews and pay the money i had online and place order with winni. after taking the payment in the 11th hour a mail from the winni team pls accept apology that we cud not deliver and no replies to any of the mails and so many calls to the so call customer care numbers just getting msg that my number is not reachable so order cannot be delivered even the next day as the occasion is already over taking advantage of the people taking their money and playing with the emotions and not even bothered to respond even after so much of quarrel. My simple feedback to the online winni team is that if we are not capable of doing something we better stay away from it. thanks

The cake which was delivered was nothing like whats shown in picture, please dont trust the images here, they are deceiving. They give the order to any random vendor who has no experience in cake designing. The fondant cake tastes very bad, filling is just plain average sponge cake and the golden paint was bleeding from sides. Bad customer care service with no replacement or refund!! They cheated me for Rs. 6500. Please dont fall for the pictures.

If u r checking winni to order cake for special occasion, stop right there and check other cake shops. I had a very bad experience. Ordered 1kg fruit and nuts cake for my spouse birthday. Cake was priced at 1899₹. But its not worth even 500₹. Taste was below average and the top layer of the cake pics displayed in website was fully filled with fruits. But in the cake I received, there were only few slices of apple, 1 cherry and 4 slices of orange. There is no option to get the cake delivered at your convenient time.Worst of all, they didnt even wrote the message on the cake. One of the representative had called me asking for message on cake. I even texted him and still they didnt write anything.Winni is the best spoiler of the occasion..

Such a pathetic service. My order has to be delivered by 10 am but they delivered at 4 am. That too partial order. I contacted support, no one picked the call. The shop owner never intended to respond. No refund of my money. Stay away from winni if u wanted to celebrate any occasions in a good way. I repeat never ever order something here. @winni - Dont put the useless reply to contact your customer care as u had never picked the call .

Hello friends,I ordered a red velvet cake and they did send me gud one the delivery guy damaged the cake..they qere so kind to replace it but they sent sponge cake with red velvet kind of flavour...i have tasted the red velvet is c bakers which was completely different..i have ate red velvet many times never ever saw this kind of cake...this is not a compliment ..how ever the sponge cake was gud..but i would have paid less for it...not 810...

Horrible, horrible experience.It was my fathers birthday and since I live aborad, I wanted to deliver a cake over to surprise him. We ordered a Butterscotch birthday cake. It looked good and generally, what other choice do we have other than looking at the reviews online AND judging by the price of the cake which seemed more EXPENSIVE than usual (699 for half KG.Apparently 566 purchased the cake on that day, and even today as i write this review. In retrospect, that should have been my first warning seeing they are displaying fake popularity.)Everything went wrong after ordering this cake.They did not stick to their promise of delivering in the morning. (Tolerable).They sent over a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAKE. Not something fancy, a very normal cake. (Again, I was disappointed - but if it tastes good, still forgivable)It tasted SPOILT and STALE. This is not acceptable. They sent over a very sub-par product and charged us for it. We immediately asked my father to throw it away.Now comes the customer service, we sent a mail within the hour about the cake on March 12th (customer service said there will be a response within 24 hours). They replied today - after 5 days. Alright if the response was about concern and refund, but they said nothing can be done since the complaint was made 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.I dont care at this point if I get a refund or not, but PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT DESTROY YOUR SPECIAL DAY by ordering from here. No one likes learning the hard way, but here we are. Do lookat the pics attached for your reference.

Ordered a Happy Birthday Red Velvet Cake which was delivered on to us 14/02/2021 around 1:30 pm. On consuming the cake from Winni App, kids aged 6 years and 4 years had severe vomiting, stomach ache and diarrhoea from 4 am (15/02/2021) in the morning and was sick/weak throughout the day and the next day with less severe diarrhoea. How can Winni be so careless by sending a cake that would cause food poisoning to young children? Raised a complaint via email and no appropriate response till date. How irresponsible of Winni. Worst experience ever.

They robbed me.Winni sent me spoilt cake. Paid 1799rs for it.Immediately raised the issue with their chat support (Preet) totally useless. Offered 200rs winni wallet goodwill gesture.Tried to take it further with help line provided by Preet, no answer. Tried to email, no reponse. Went back to chat support, Preet again, to be told 24hours had elapsed and we cant do anything. Also got the explanation that fondent cake doesnt taste like normal cake.To sum up, worst online ordering experience ever encountered and a disgusting product.Good luck if you order from them.
