Very bad I ordered one black forest chocochip cake and they gave me some other cake and afterwards, when I asked them they told we ordered black forest chocochip only and afterwards there mouth was shut up,also cake quality was very very very much bad......Also customer service was very bad.Please dont buy cake from them.

Taste wise good but the output of the customisation was wrong and not intimated. Rather than 7 colors in rainbow cake, only 4 were present on the day of birthday. I do appreciate the order and their timely delivery.

This is one of the best or ACC to my opinion only best cake shop I ever tasted cake from.after having cake from cake world I dont like cake from any other shop.the cakes are so soft and creamy.The ambience of this outlet is nice they serve eggless cakes.they have seating arrangements too.The presentation of all cakes are just awesome u will feel like having all of them.hahaCustomer service is very prompt , the staff is humble.The cakes are at reasonable rates.they even serve other items like patties, puffs.yummy.nice.Overall I would definitely say a must visit and you should must taste blueberry cake or cheese blueberry.its just so yummy

This shop refused to give me tissues when I was bleeding from my leg today morning. As I walked out, the service lady looked at my leg and was casual as though the bleed was not visible to her. She probably used tissues to cleaned the floor with tissues after I left. The worst place Ive ever seen.

Please refrain from ordering online through this shop...their refund policy says as I quote there is no refund for any sought of cancelled orders .Staff is unresponsive and not willing to communicate properly to the customer.The taste and quality of cake was good but the customer service pulled the whole experience to a new low....
