Made a last minute request (24 hours before the event) and Cindana helped us out with options. She suggested the milk chocolate almond toffee shots, and it was ready before the committed time. The shots were a sell out with half my office taking a few back home. Looking forward to ordering again!

Ordered a butter scotch cake by only hearing very good reviews of this shop.I was very much satisfied by the cakes look but when I tried to cut it , it was very hard and I was unable to even cut it.It did taste like a cake which we order from a normal bakery but not at all a butter scotch cake which was a value for the money I have given...

Bad experience. The owner blocked us when we tried to share the bad experience about our cake. The decent thing to do might have been to listen to the customers concerns and atleast provide a partial refund. Im sorry but blocking the customer off doesnt speak too good about the way you can handle criticism. Let this be a note to all future customers to think twice before paying your money to an online baker who is not ready to listen to your feedback.

So many years I have bought cakes from Sugarmonkeys oly for my husband. Everyone in my family loved it. yesterday was friends get together with your Rafello cake n today family get together with chocolate raspberry cake. this is d 1st time I had bought from Sugarmonkeys for a gathering and guess what.. It was amazingly yummy… my guests both yesterday n today loved both d cakes. Thanks for making my son’s bday party even more special.

Bought a butterscotch cake from Sugar Monkeys for Rs.2200.Got a hard brick made of a mix of maida, sugar and cocoa powder of sub-par preparation with no layers or cream or any other characteristic trait to call it a butterscotch cake.There was no caramel sauce, no praline or caramel flavoured cream.The owner , Cindana, was pretty impatient from the start, and did not want to do anything about it, let alone an apology.To top it all, I got blocked by her when I messaged my views as a disappointed customer. Totally unacceptable conduct.Please think twice before buying cakes from her.

With the limited time and supplies I had she was quickly able to put together two delicious and beautifully decorated cakes and also fulfill my daughters requirements. One of the worst experience I had in India, I ordered a cake for my 1 year old cake smash photoshoot, the Baker mentioned she exactly knows hot to bake a cake for this event, looked perfect and the cake was in the room temperature for more than 2 hours and during the shoot my kid wasn’t able to smash it, it was so hard and the layers were so chewy like it wasn’t baked properly. I escalated to the Baker and reaction was in a way that she doesn’t believe me, sent her back the cake and she says it’s so yummy. I told her my photoshoot was spoiled because of her and no response later.

Absolutely loved the creation. The cake tasted so so yum that makes you want to go back to the Sugar Monkeys for more. Great job Cindana.

Best cake i have ever eaten..

I ordered this cake from sugar monkey’s for my fiancé. You can see from the picture how beautifully they have crafted the cake, she loved the cake very much and the taste was so good. I will surely recommend sugar monkey’s to my friends and family. They make the best customised cake and also they got some really amazing unique flavours. I was lucky to get a mixed bag of goodies from Cindy. The rum cake will knock your socks off and her peanut and almond butters are delicious, without any of the artificial / preservative additives. Au naturel and subtle. Thanks Cindy....your warmth and joy for creating sick dessert is impossible to miss.

Sugar monkeys is a perfect mix of delicious , well presented and creative desserts. I particularly love the avocado chocolate cake and the lemon cheese cake, to name a few. Must say every bite is worth it.

Youve got to love everything Cindana (Baker) does. Everything is done with a lot of passion and reflects in the cakes, jars and everything she makes. She baked a special recipe of dessert jars for our wedding. Definitely recommend her for all personal, professional and party engagements.

I still remember the first bite of Cindana’s cake. It’s just one of a kind. Am in love forever with her cream cheese cakes. The texture of it when u have the bite is mind blowing. Cindy has been making sinfully indulgent cakes for close to 6 years now . She has baked each and every one of my sons birthday cakes. Her messy nutella cake is to die for !! Especially if you are some one who loves their chocolate dose from time to time . Cindy regularly innovates her spread for occasions like Diwali and Christmas , the rose milk flavoured cream cheese jars that she made last year brought back fond memories of chugging down rose milk when I was a child.

I had the honour of cutting the cake into slices and the whole crowd was waiting for someone to cut the cake and the cake was over in like a max of 3 mins. I had to eat the scrap which itself was delicious. I Cudnt sit and enjoy a slice to myself. ☹️ the cake, macaroons, cake pops and marshmallows were done for the crowd to go “immmmmmm” while savouring the desserts. They were not too sweet or less, but in balance.All your desserts were a hit. So damn delicious. But, I Cudnt taste pista in the buttercream. The ruffle piping, oh my gawdd😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 am waiting to see the fotos to savour the taste. The fondant figurines weren’t dry, but chewy and yummy, I had to restrain from getting high on sugar.
