Ordered a chocolate truffle cake with white chocolate roses and it looked beautiful. It was carefully taped to the bottom and arrived intact.The ganache was of good quality and the flavour of the white chocolate was subtle. The quality and look of the cake is amazing for the price. I wouldnt get the same thing in a large bakery. Would definitely order all our cakes from here!

Its a very bad experience with the mug cakes. They didnt prepare the cake ordered by us. Adding too much artificial colours which taste very different (not good). The cake didnt taste good too. We have to send the cake picture we want and the details about the cake ordered. They didnt take any note /write ups. Then we have to remainder them a day before the function. At that time also we have to send all details once again. Still they made a wrong cake.no room in the cake for birthday wishes. Totally disappointed with them

So I ordered a cake for my friends birthday. The cake was sent through a cab service. However, it did not get delivered. It is suspected that the driver stole the cake which is disheartening. After a lot for back and forth calls between me and Mug Cakes, they immediately sent another cake to my friends place through a dunzo delivery that I scheduled. My friend loved the cake and said it was delicious!

The below average cake I have tasted for a very costly pricing... The outer cream was good and look was good but inner cake was very low quality than a normal chocolate wonder cake. Price was toooo high , I ORDERED with really high expectations and excitment but totally shattered litterally made me beg at the last moment to get the cake and had very bad experience in customer handling. On my big day got high pressure till last moment whether it will arrive or not , It made me really upset and down . They didnt even think the way they replied is harsh and not customer friendly , I understood their hectic work and class schedule and talked with patience really but the way I got treated very low. I seriously didnt expect this from a highly rated cake brand. They always focus on customer who give good review , And reply to them alone... They are not thinking why this customer feel bad , did we hurt them. Every customer is valuable concept is missing here. Just if u want order or go away its not loss for us is really a bad approach. If really an annoying client , this way of treating is fine . But who consider u as big brand and when a middle class wish to buy a dream cake for their big day spoiling their whole mood and disrespectful treatment is really unacceptable.

I had a lot of expectations seeing their profile but they thought me a good lesson today. Never judge a book by its cover. I made my order before 20 days and I clearly mentioned the date. They accepted it knowing it’s Sunday in the first place. I made my payment immediately (obviously not a less amount) believing that the service will be up to the standard. I even made a reminder about the cake and the message that I want on the cake 2 days before the occasion. But on the day of occasion they informed me that they don’t work on Sunday’s and the cake will be delivered soon also which I was ok with. Then when the cake went to the designated place( in a random cab with no one for assistance) and the driver asked for an extra delivery fee which I was not at all informed about. And cake didn’t even have a happy birthday message ( it’s such a basic thing). I went and contacted them and they replied me saying they forgot to write a message on the cake and also forgot to inform me about the delivery charge which is very funny. If you don’t operate on certain days then you shouldn’t have confirmed the order in the place, ok now when you have decided to go for it, you should be giving the same service that you do on weekdays or at least for the money paid by the customers. Very disappointed and not worth the money. I felt like my cake was filled with all leftover products and decorations. Cake is the sparking element in every occasion but it’s ruined in mine. I’ll never recommend this place.

Quite impressed by the pictures on Instagram and the good comments that followed, we gave our first order. A simple, plain chocolate cake.The cake turned out to be a huge disappointment. They got the flavor right but the cake wasnt raised well. Because of this, it wasnt spongy as it should be and felt soggy when eaten. Nevertheless, we didnt care much thinking the baker must have had a long day.We understand that not everything can be replicated as shown in Google, but please do not be deceptive of what you post on Social media. A lot of your customers come to you after seeing such attractive pictures you had posted.Now we really doubt whether the photos posted on Instagram pages are for real, or just random Google images.PS : If there was a option to give a negative star, I would have..!
