Decent corner around Besant Nagar... Hungarian style food...Taste was soooo good....As I said its a very decent place with a good staff...if you are checking out for a quick bite...you can have this place at your list if you are around Besant Nagar beach...

This place serves Hungarian chimney comes which is a famous street delicacy in Hungary. The cones come in delicious stuffing. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. They even have dessert cones as well. The ambience is very colourful and catchy. So this place is a very good option to try some delicious chimney cones.

Kurtos madras is an amazing newly opened cafe in Chennai which has brought in the concept of the Hungarian street food- the chimney cone and beautifully created a fusion with the Indian food. I was in love with the pastel colored walls and decor, the ambience was just so perfect. Do visit this cafe for sure.

Trying this place was always my wish. We had a very random plan to go to Besant nagar beach so we decided to give this place a try. We ordered one chipotle potato kurtosh which was tasty and perfectly made.Chicken tikka langos was kind of okayish. I didnt like it much.Peach ice tea was very refreshing whereas safrani kulfi shake was okayish only.You can definitely go to this place for its kurtosh.

Kurtos - Probably the first ones to bring Chimney Cones to chennai! And the idea of giving an Indian touch to Chimney Cones like the Butter Chicken, Mutton Kheema is completely top notch! ♥️ Been there thrice until now and I love everything about this place, friendly owners who check on every single customer if their order has come and who makes sure to get a feedback! Pastel Coloured ambience and amazing chimney cones! Must try would be their Butter Chicken, Mutton Kheema and Back to School (Dessert cone with all things Nostalgic) ♥️

One of the best places to have a desert or some quick bites, they bake their own kurtos cone, they serve ice creams as well as cheesy stuffs on it based upon our choice, we tried the ice cream one it was amazing we all loved the environment too, the shop had good colours and everything seemed pleasant to our eyes, had an overall great experience here, one of a must visit places around bessy.

Another addition to the Bessie food scene .A cute chic cafe on besant Nagar beach right next to the Puma showroom.Decor - pastel hues with high chairsFood - Kurtos is derived from Hungarian word for chimmney cake .They have a selection of sweet, savory and dessert cakes.Its a dough roll which is baked and like filled with toppings .I tried the Malai chicken Tikka which was soft and tender .Almond chimney cake with Nutella - loved the texture .Vitamin C booster shake which my husband liked but it didnt go well down with me .Would love to go back and try the ice creams that looked delicious!

This place is very good for perfect desserts. They are making every cone freshly so it will take a while. Just go there if you have time. For me the Oreolicious Cone was the best!(Photo shows Teriyaki Chicken Salad)

Very nice place with Hungarian varieties of cakes.

One of the few joints selling Hungarian delicacy. I ordered tandoori panneer salad, chilli panneer chimney cone, mangomania and lemon flavored Goli soda. All are good. Salad also looks like the chimney cone and too good.

The Kurtos in Bangalore had everything available, but the Kurtos in madras did not have desserts .I had gone on two different days and they said they did not have the desserts.

So glad we tried this place. Its up there with my favorite places. The staff were amazing and so friendly.Will go again for sure. Hungarian almond Kurtos was too good and cant wait to try out the other Indian fusion on the menu with some cool specials they dish out.Well worth a visit!

Been wanting to go here for a while now. The concept is really nice but not too big a fan of the implementation. The dessert cakes were a let down. The ice cream used is kinda tasteless while everything else was good. Its incredibly messy too. Though thats not necessarily a bad thing.The savory comes were good though. Ordered the butter chicken and the murgh Mai. Both were pretty good.

As usual, lovely place, lovely colors, nice music you can sit your enjoy those amazing chimney cakes. Please try the Cinammon Sugar cake, its all kinds of love bundled in one.

New place, and new varieties are available. Chimney cones are quite different and the tastes good with the given options.

Kurtos was something new for me. At first thot it were a cake shop and ended up having spicy what they called it as Hungarian spl chimey salads. I chose a Hungarian bread chicken tikka chimey baked ones and it was spicy like never before. I liked this place, cute interiors n a small compact chat place everyone should visit atleast once. Not a worthy food. The fillings are very bad.I though it is Kurtoshhh Hungarian food. This is a different restaurant and had a bad experience.

Not recommended!Theyre supposed to open at 13, but they told us that in 30 minutes ...Were back:Salty and sweet cheesecakes on the menu.Since Bangalore really tasted salty, we thought we would give it a try. I should not have. It was particularly shitty, with relentless service.When I paid I asked how to pronounce their fingers were not 😁, in addition, they did not try.So place to be avoided, not recommended at all!There was nothing Hungarian about it, you can believe me!
