Ordered twice from here .. service was excellent both the times.. as first order was gifted, we couldnt taste it.Second order was for our daughters bday .Though I didnt give any instruction for decoration, FB had decorated so well .. taste was so yummyI will continue to order from here .

I have ordered 3kg cake(black forest) on August 30th from karapakam, as my sons birthday and its really awesome taste. My kids liked the taste of the cake and even neighbours also liked it.If some one wants, I would suggest to visit the place and order the cake and enjoy the taste.

I booked for today @4pm delivery. No responsibility to call customer and update delay. I had to call back by 5 to get an answer. They said it will come in 15mins. I could sense the delay as it was raining. Clear sky around 4pm on delivery time. At 7pm they call and ask to collect delivery. When I said cancel order, immediately responded that delivery boy is coming in 5 mins (response was spontaneous coz I cnld from my end and no advance was paid. Had I given some advance I guarantee no one would have come up for delivery). I had to cancel the order coz it was expected by 7.30pm for a rqst for 4pm Had invited few guests for a celebration. They all left empty handed without cake cutting which left us embarrassed. Worst customer service. I can very well understand it was raining but It was I who chased them for the delivery even though no advance paid. Had I paid the advance it would have been hell of an experience.

Hi Team,I am a regular customer for fb cakes karapakkam, I used to buy velvet cake 2+1 usually. Since its our wedding anniversary I ordered for butterscotch cake 1kg and paid 790 but when I went home and saw that it was a sponge cake with fresh white cream on the top.we really got disappointed by seeing this. Worst place for vegetarians. The Sales person doesnt know what they are selling and they dont have knowledge about their products. For example: one person told me they have egg less pastry. Few moments later another person told me they dont have egg less pastry. More over all their products dosent have veg or non Veg symbol. I usually buy birthday cakes here. No more FB hereafter

I ordered 1.5kg birthday cake today (27.12.20), they said, shop will open on 8am but Im already wait upto 1 hr from 7.59 am now time is 8.55am till they are not open their shop. I tried their contact details, theyre not responsive. Waste of time and my money. My plan fully collapsed due to their irrespective activities like this. Fruits and bakes are not professional, why they had contact details, why they give assurance of delivery on days.... They need not open branches... Bcoz theyre not on time... Im not refer my friends and colleagues. They wasted my time...😡😡😡😡😡

Never place an order for cake in FB Cakes, had a worst experience with respect to their service. Requested cake at 7.30 P.M. But it has been delivered only by 9.50 P.M which is crushed completely at top layer of the cake. Only thing, which is satisfactory one, they have refunded the amount for the cake which I didnt accept it.

Best cakes of all places

The quality what they are delivering in the price range is awesome and rare to find. Same prices other vendors are offering for 1 kg but here with same price or 100 Rs more you can get 1.5 kg cake. Really awesome.

Its one of the famous sweet shop in OMR road, Chennai. I personally feel the price tag of each sweets much higher rather it should have reasonable/competitive price. In terms of quality better. Suggestions to the management to bring down the sweet price as the other shops are competitors and they provide in lower price.

I ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday. The cake came out very nice and it tasted perfect. I am not familiar with these types of things and they were very helpful and gave great suggestions. I will definitely come back here for cakes and desserts.

You can buy the cakes with offer here. If you buy 1kg, you will get half kg extra. They are offering new flavours with nuts. Thats awesome.

Mouth watering cakes with good service. Variety of sweets with a traditional touch which we loved it. Ambience is good.

They do business. We do order cakes extensively but here they are fresh even though prices are very high other than 1 1/2 kg which means 100-150 rupees high when compared with other shops for 1/2 kg or 1 kg. But most of the items are fresh.

Recently ordered Cake for farewell of 1.50 Kg but they give free of 750 G totally 2.25 Kg for 1666. Taste is good. Always offer available.

My wife bought the cake for my birthday. It was the first experience from here to buy the cake. As the shopkeeper told as they have introduced new variety and he insisted to take the order of that cake which is Milky blast. My wife ordered the cake on his words as he have told it is the fast moving cake now and to try the new variety. The Milky blast cake was ok.
