Good response from the workers.party hall is available here ,we have to pay for it seperately for celebration. You can also cut cakes in the shop also no amount is charged for that.Busters, snow ,spray, candles all celebration properties are available here. Special cakes are also made for kids.you can place your order by calling or messaging the shops phone number. Photo for the picture cake can be sent through whatsapp.

Worst experience my brother has bought a cake from this shop for my birthday. Which was already expired it seems. When we cut the cake and tried it. All our joys were completely gone. Totally spoiled our mood and joy. Kindly do check atleast twice before delivering your products to the customer. Dont think just to move your products even though it was not in a good condition to eat. First satisfy your customer needs. In the same shop 3 months back we had an another issue, they have changed the names which we told to write. Totally lack of concentration in their filed of work, which should be the major factor they should keep in mind.

The quality of the bakery products are very good. However, the customer service and support is very much lacking. Even for all high value orders (more than 1500 bucks) they dont even provide any complimentary stuff as a goodwill or customer centric gesture.

Shop interior and design was beautiful, and tasty products.. But hospitality is very poor.. They didnt know how to treat the customers and no smile on there​ face.. Making us to feel why the hell we came here???..

Very very poor customer service and unskilled labors, Spoiled my family’s happiness. We ordered for red color cake and deliver it by morning 11 am. But the shop started baking the cake in Owen at 11.45 am and delivered a pink cake at 1.30 pm. After escalating to management they took another 45 mins to deliver red cake with topping of pig face whereas we asked for rabbit. This event shattered the whole birthday celebration plans and made a bitter experience to family members. This made us to wait and push the lunch time too. All had to suffer in vain because of the cake shop guys. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. If you dare sorry for you.
