I ordered cake for my friends bride to be on July 31st 2021...I must say cake was beyond words..The presentation of the cake was phenomenal..The flavour of the cake was super yummy and moist..I can say its one of the bestest cake if I have tasted so far.. The Aroma when I enter, which I like more than the CAKE. Trace of a good cake can be tested with the Smell. Orders and delivery will be on time.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!1) There was NO respect given by the staff, especially the manager (Vadapalani)2) Weve ordered the cake a day before the bday function. Weve shown the cake in their pamphlet (we ourself taken it from the rack) and order the same.We thought the same will be delivered - hope everyone will be thinking of the same (were very specific in the cake color as it suits to the bday girls dress). The one delivered was completely different from the cake shown in the pamphlet.Tried to contact via the given WA number in their website - The person simply told that we should have mentioned about the color - Weird!!Then whats the point of showing the cake photos in their pamphlet. They could simply list the cake names.3) NO tissue paper(s), plate(s) NOT even spoon(s) were given. The customer care person told that itll all available ONLY in the star hotels. What could I say!!!VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE!!!

It is one of the Good cake shop in the Arcot road and all common variety of cake even it has Red Velvet Cake it is my favorite Cake of lot and the pricing is moderate and it is good choice for all the celebration and even has custom cake for kids and wedding function...

Traumatizing experience ordering a Bday cakeWe had ordered a 7 KG Birthday cake here on 5th Jan 2020. Though the taste of the cake was ok, the delivery experience was horrible.We had ordered the cake atleast 3 weeks in advance and had given a reminder a couple of days before the event to ensure there are no issues. However they FORGOT delivering the cake. We had asked for a delivery between 5.30-6 PM but when we called them at 5.30, we realised that they forgot about delivery. We finally got the cake at 7.30 only due to which our whole event got spoiled. WORST EXPERIENCE.Ps - added all details to show this was a real experience

Superb taste

This is my second visit almost after 1 year.The ambiance was so great earlier now its become lil dull but still good.We were just walked in to have some evening snacks.I feel they are having a perfect mix.We tried vanilla pastry, veg cheese sleek sandwich, chilly chicken roll, muffin, sweet bun, sacher pastry, white choco donuts.Pastry items were so good and sandwich also fine.Muffin was so yummy I loved it.Chilly chicken roll was okay and donut was average.Overall it was a fine evening.So we loved the experience and service was good.A value for money bakery.
