The service is excellent, we ordered for Rakshabandan. We are out of india and we ordered through whatsapp. Cake reached on time same day to my brother in law, my wifes happiness was great, Dhamodhar was the owner and he took care of our orders and delivered even he has not received any advance money after delivery he asked me to transfer to his bank account. One of the best cakes Ive ordered till now! Initially there was a miscommunication about the order date and the cake was not ready on time. Went in right about noon for a custom order cake thats eggless, specific color needs and a very hard theme that needed quite a bit of workmanship to be delivered at 5 pm... a very tall order and a perfect recipe to screw up... but not Bakeville... they did an amazing job and couldnt have gotten a more perfect cake that tastes amazing!!! I love their passion for the job and love how they accept challenging projects rather than simple looking ones. I strongly recommend this place...

Very worst experience. i ordered for a cake one day before my sons birthday, they said it will be ready before 6 PM next day. But to my shock the next day, when i went at 6.30 PM and showed the receipt,they searched for the cake and found nowhere and asked me to wait for 20 mins.My guests are waiting at my home for my sons birthday party, i have no choice but to wait. After 40 mins they given the cake.I dont know how they are working, to miss a order. Very worst experience.
