Very good neighborhood baker.. it may look too narrow or small from outside, but they have a very good facility in the floor above that they use as a factory to make cakes..I usually order all cakes for myself and friends here. They have all usual flavours and well experience.Please make special mention on how you want the names to be mentioned,... I feel they need to improve writing skills on the cakes...

Very small shop but really good and delicious cakes

I placed an order for 1.5 kg butterscotch flavour.. Shop person showed me a cake design which was decorated by dairy milk and shots and waffle and the person said that it would cost extra from margin price of the cake price..!! So I asked the person to make the same way without dairy milk shots and waffle..!! But the cake is totally different from my order and Im completely disappointed by the service of Bakers point, Periyar Nagar branch..!! Thanks for being so sincere in ur words and actions taken at ur work..!!

I have never ever seen such a worst cake in my life. Red velvet cup cake. 75rs. But it was as hard as a stone. Couldnt even taste it, it didnt smell at all.. I again went to shop and asked about the cake, they told it should be warmed. Even after warming, the cake was hard and all the frosting melted and was looking terrible.The doughnut was another disaster. They warmed it after applying chocolate sauce and all the sauce drained. Doughnut should be first warmed and then sauce should be applied. Price is very high comparing the quality. Very worst reply, worst customer service. Will never visit again.

Waste of money dont go to this shop.i have ordered cake for my daughter birthday i said what i want .but we say the cake it totally different.so dont waste the Money. When they started that time was good now it was totally a disaster and cake is very hard in fresh cream cake.

Cakes were awesome here for the first few years after their opening, but now the taste and texture of their cakes are gradually decreasing. Earlier i used to buy at least 2 cakes per month from them but now i stopped going there. Unless they improve their standards once again, its going to be a tough time for them.
