Went to this shop after seeing in YouTube video.During our first visit, more affordable and fancy toys were shown and gladly bought few of them. But during our subsequent visits, we were not able to see a decent toy less than 500, all that were below that were pathetic and cheap… now the price here and in amazon is almost the same for most of the toys! I don’t know why anyone would travel in such a congested place and get it, but rather spend extra some money and get it from Amazon with same quality sitting in comfort of home.

Polite and courteous owner, likewise was the staff who attended us is showing the toys irrespective if we were going to buy or not understanding the fact we came from long distance. My mother aged 74 accompanied us and she was treated will all due respect and the staff/owner were very polite to answer her questions about the modern day toys.They have a wide variety of toys, best part they have the same toy in different price range for us to choose from and they never forced to sell the expensive ones and left the choice to us upon explaining the benefit. We did happen to visit another store I. The same bazaar but their prices for items were higher than what Rangoon stores offered. Their collection of battery bike and car , scooter is awesome and unbeatable. I wish I had know this shop during my childhood days , so cool battery cars and bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Rangoon stores, they were so kind and caring evenough from the point of guiding us to thier store till the way back. The owner wasting our 3hrs time & travel expenses ( Rs. 300/- )Today afternoon called Owner of this shop for Toy Car purchase he said price starts from 4850/- Single Motor Without warranty, if With Warranty Price was 6850/- So we decided to go in the eve. He told us to come to Manadi Metro station, then take Auto for Shop, then he asked us to come Godown because shop nearby full of election campaign.So we reached the Godown , 1person is there to show the products but he doesnt show the minimum price Car or bike he always shown only above 8K products.We chosen 1car ( Benz Type) he quoted 9850/- ( 3 Motor ) 1year motor warranty. I asked him for discount because he said wholesale shop but he refuse to give any discounts. He explains like 1motor cost 2500/- so we cant give any discounts.So I asked 2motor car he said 8500/- with ( 6 months warranty) I asked him if 1motor cost is 2500/- then price will be reduce in 2500/- but he samalification some methods I found he lied.If anyone call him for toy purchase he talking nicely in call and give assurance we can give good discounts & lowest price in Chennai like that. After we reached that Manadi shop he doesnt care about anything he said price was fixed and wholesale. But he Purposely increased the Price.I believed him for google reviews but 99% reviews was paid and manipulated, if you seen the review all people was putting review only this shop. If you go by google reviews u will be disappointed sureHe used business tactics like, Come to shop I can give good discounts. But he wont anyway. If we go with kids we cant go without buying the toys .So he using this method to corner the customers. So dont go shop directly.Finally we felt price was extremely high & customer service was not good. We left the place and searching in google I found another shop in Purasaivakkam, ***** Toys. They quoted me 2 motor car ( Pendrive, dancing, horn sounds, front lights, Remote type & accelerate) Rs.6000/- we felt the price was satisfied we bought good quality product from there itself.Same type Car cost in Rangoon toys - Rs. 7500/-Minimum Rs.1500/- price difference from other shop.Moreover on a Product Outer box Manufacturer mentioned Rs. 1980/- on 3motor car, in that time I have asked that guy whose in Godown. He said it is the method to reduce Import Duty of Government of India. So they are not doing business in proper way.All are cash transactions, No Bills and all.I have all call recordings and Product ( Box Label photo) bill with us.I have big doubt how china Products give 100% genuine products & 1 year warranty?Full of fake promisesGovernment officials should regulate these kind of Business and should monitor their business transactions. Should check their taxes & GST fillings.Extremely high price here. Dont believe google reviews blindly.

All the changes done by me where paid by me for your kind information dont behave like you hve given some free service even mechanic charges are being paid by meI think just because you have to maintain your reputation you think you can say anything and also for you your information the car was not at all used by the kid for 3 months as you mention because the remote was not available and a 1 year kid does not hve the knowledge to shift front and back buttons and also every month a new fault and dont get me started on your service first 3 months even after Rigoursly calling no service was given for the remote I had to wait for more than 100 days for the remote when I suggested to carry the car to your doorstep for repair u had denied it saying we give only door step service and 500 service charge u only have to pay it not our problem and the charger I am not having 3-4 or 100 cars u use a different charger they pin of charger does not fit in any electrical appliances at home so not point any other charger will be used for charging the carAnd now the music board has damaged which is going to cost me some 1000 rupeesSo my total car cost has come to 7300+ 950 +950 + 1000 ( board) and I think next some other issues over all the car cost will come around 10000 for which a very better products would have been boughtSold me a car at 7300 in the month of August 2020 and after that only my son has only played for a period for 3 months as a remote was not working for the past three months. They asked me to pay extra 950 rupees for the remote after I paid for the remote. After that the charging port has an issue to again to repair it again I paid 950 rupees because 450 for charging port and 500 rupees was a mechanic charge to visit home. They have given motor warranty and other than that nothing else is proper only the motor is working properly because of warranty. Now even the music board is damaged inside the span of 6 months even with my son did not use it for more than a month. when I call them they are saying that it is a depends on you. For 7300 there just selling a defective item that we can get even better items at the at even lower price. Amazon it will be very much better option to buy instead of buying from themAnd when u keep the facts in front of them they will say they are not in shop and they will call later

The original version frozen was just 315 in the nearby super market with good quality.Cheap behaviour inside the shop.Soon I bought fortfor 500 gang who were sitting there laughed as if they won 5L.I knew they cheating but then wanted our niece to be happy so .. just offered them some donation kind .
