Very helpful owner and staff. Got both my tamed green cheek conure and a cage after 20 days from them . Happy with both. Tamed conures sold are mostly self feeding conures aged 75 to 90 days. So give them 2weeks to get settled with you and after that those little one will start loving your presence . Happy with the our purchase.

I have been following mufasa pets for a long time, and finally decided to pick a blue Quaker parrot from them. Very very extremely overpriced .prices are very high but have good knowledge about the diet of different types of birds .In websites he mention other rates and in shop other rates are said .African grey parrot cost more than 55,000 which is useless for paying these much money for 1 bird (not even a pair).If your bird dies due to some reasons then 55,000 is totally waste.If your pocket is heavy then you may buy these exotics .but for namesake and from my opinion dont invest and dont visit his shop.Due to fake prices in his youtube channel , his youtube channel got terminated .but for sure he also have good knowledge regarding every exotic birds which is appreciable .

To be frank In Chennai Mufasa is the one and only best shop to buy pet birds since I have purchased pineapple conure from them in April 2021 the quality of the bird and the tamed quality is first class and they r giving complete guideline for feeding the birds which is super helpful for the beginners like me over all worth for money.you can pay Mufasa for their quality bird and for taming the birds .l,you can find birds cheap in cost but not the quality one .Mufasa stands for its quality and taming👍 and Mr.Kiran bro is no one in it.

An insight into buying a bird from any Pet shop is to observe the quality of life of the bird at the pet shop and how the bird is treated at that place.Now the pet shops Ive generally seen stuff dozens of birds into a little cage and keep them literally on the road side - Indicates their quality of life and at such shops birds are treated like dirt, thrown and stuffed into cages.The speciality of Mufasa Pets is (From what Ive observed) - Every bird is treated with love and care, the birds have spacious cages and the owner has a close bond with every single bird, and the second speciality is every bird is hand raised and tamed - meaning they can readily bond with other humans(you) and wont be as fearful as the untamed birds.You see - After sales service is really no necessity for Bird shops, because after the bird is yours whatever happens to the bird is only your responsibility, There certainly are many prerequisites before bringing a bird home, but the reason why Mufasa Pets does it is because of the genuine care for their birds.I bought a GCC from Mufasa Pets and Yes ofcourse the bird was healthy, cuddly, loving and very well tamed.

Mufusa pets are one of the best pet shop in Chennai. Not just in terms of sales, but also in terms of service they provide post sales. I recently purchased pineapple conure in their shop. They were friendly and patient in explaining our doubts . Since it was first time we are having a pet at home, I had a lot of doubts post purchase. They answered all the queries and provided guidance which helps us in taking care of the bird. Most importantly they do it for free of cost. Most of the shops which I have seen or heard, once you purchase they wont continue to guide you or help you whenever ure stuck(atleast not free of cost). But Mufusa varies a lot here. If youre entering into the world of pets for first time, then Mufusa would be the best choice .

I got a Fully tamed 3 months old Pineapple Conure from them. The bird is very friendly and playful with my kids. I use to take it wherever I go for a long trip. But the real thing what I liked from them is after service. If there is any problem with the bird, I use to call them immediately and send a video of the bird. They immediately respond and explain the problem with remedies and medications.Thanks to them for their full support even after many months. Even if you are a beginner, you can blindly go with them as they will guide everything.

Am rating one star since there is no choice t give zero star. This pet shop has assured me to exchange my 2 high range birds if it doesn’t suit us since we had already exchanged couple of good birds for the same. Pet shop owner knows that I’m relocating but he didn’t stick to his words when I reached out to him recently with a challenge, He said he can only do free adoption. After sales service is very very very poor. Please don’t burn your fingers with this pet shop.

After visiting many shops, finally chose this shop to buy pair of cockatiels. Found the quality of bird health is good and also priced reasonably compared to many other shops. Shop owner Kiren and staffs are so friendly to explain any details about birds on purchase and even after purchase about bird maintenance queries. Also they do feathers clippings, deworming at free of cost for their customers unlike some other shops which is a good factor.

Highly doubt if the birds are tamed, Bought a lutino from them. When checking the birds in their shop, after seeing those ladies finger, birds where running in their cage. They have to grab the Lutino by whole hand. Was a beginner felt cheated on selling an untamed Lutino for 7K.Also the day after purchase observed lice in the bird.It took more than 2months to get synced with the bird after purchaseDo check before purchase, not good shop for beginners

Mufasa pets was my 1st choice to buy a cockatiel based on the reviews but when I enquired, they did not have 3 month cockatiels in stock and 6 month ones were almost double the cost of 3 month old. The place is very clean and well maintained. There was no smell or anything of that sort unlike another pet store we visited. Next time when I buy a bird, I will definitely check here.

I am a doctor by profession, went to mufasa in search of just two cute birds, not knowing that how birds are treated infact nothing about them. It was just for fun for me. Wehn me and my husband reached there we saw few parrits making sounds and we dropped the idea of taking one home. Then we met sabiya ji , shop owner, she was very very kind to us and explained that they are loving attention and hence chirping. According to our requirements, she suggested pineapple conure and even let one out so that we can feel her touch, her behaviour abd we were so pleased that birds can do a lot out for cage. She is very intelligent animal. Pet store people are so kind that they let us bug them every-time for every little thing. Even when we are not sure that what to give our bird to eat, they suggest healthy, when we think she is ill behaving bad, she asks for videos abd call immediately and even assists you when entire country is on lockdown. I highly recommend buying pet birds from here as birds owners should know much better and treat their birds better like babies❤️

My 2nd bird (black lory) was from Mufasa. I already have a macaw who is trained on full flight, so am not a newbie but Kiran made me feel like one due to the extensive knowledge he has from real time experiences of that particular breeds DNA where he studies the mothers and fathers personality.
