Good ambience. Good but less collections on toys comparing other branches.

Great collections for kids. I really loved the quality of the material which is the one factor that makes me come back here.Could be little more affordable. Few things are quite expensive.

I have been to multiple FirstCry stores across cities to get things for the babies in the family never I have been so much disappointed with the overall limited sorry less collections both in the clothing and toys section ever. On top of it, the customer service was really bad and where looking absolutely with zero interest in reaching out the customers. They hardly asked me what I wanted and was super passive. As one of the previous reviewers has said, they have very little collections and whatever I asked them they kept saying its out of stock and they have just placed the order some weeks back. I sincerely expect Mahindra brand to be more sincere in meeting the needs of the customer. Till then, please save your time in not visiting this store unless they improve customer service and fill their stocks.

Very poor customer service! May be because due to lack of customer representatives. I asked a representative to show a dress which i had purchased online and his response was ‘’Ma’am you yourself please check if it is there I will come in a while”.There are other two guys who were standing firmly without doing anything.

Today we went to purchase party wear frocks.. In the first cry site, we have 50% discount. We happened to see through app. . But in the store, they applied only 30% discount for the product When asked to check for discount, they should check the first cry site wide discount, instead they apply some coupon, which will be profitable for them. Its not desirable thing n unpleasant.

Worst customer service. Today I went to the shop, the lady was rude toward customer. We are asking for specific cycle for kid, her response was rude & she was making comments with her colleagues in a bad attitude & laughing towards us. Plz dont go to firstcry. Especially this branch.

Very bad customer service.. They are literally giggling with eachother. No proper response to anything we ask for.. Laziness to the core.. Highly Disrespectful.. Discounts and coupons are not added despite being available.. Regret purchasing.. Only this branch is the worst coz of very poor customer service inspite of having n number of collections.. Better shutdown everything and sit at home if you dont like to do your own job and dont know to give proper respect to your customers @ sales persons.. 👎Fit for nothing

We have been buying all our twin babies needs for atleast 7 months here ranging from diapers, feeding accessories, clothes, cradles, bathing accessories etc. We were in ECR earlier and this store was near to us. We moved to Navalur now and is a firstcry store here as well. Poorest customer response. Nothing when compared with the Thiruvanmiyur outlet.Foremost thing in Thiruvanmiyur outlet is customer service. Mr. Pandian is one of the best sales persons, I have met in a long while. We take our babies to the store. Hes so nice with them n they love him. He has so much knowledge of all baby needs. He always has a smiling face.We needed a cradle for my son of a particular type. He advised us to get a mothertouch jumbo cradle n ordered it for us from Bangalore. He frequently updated us about the status. He came home n assembled 2 more cradles for my son n daughter.He personally follows up n answers our queries even when he has taken the day off.Hes the main reason , we keep going back to Thiruvanmiyur outlet,even if it is a long commute for us.Karthik and the store manager are also very nice people, but we have met him only a couple of times.If Navalur/Sholinganallur outlets also have sales folks like Thiruvanmiyur it would be good for us. Nevertheless, we will continue to buy from Thiruvanmiyur outlet.Next time if you are in, ask for Mr.Pandian n do a hassle free shopping.
