I ordered various products from Ecoindian, ecoindian.com, online. I was highly satisfied to see that my bamboo toothbrush did not arrive in a bubble wrap. Also the fact that all my orders came in the same package and not separate parcels one after the other (making me happy about the lowered carbon footprint). Best thing I found is that everything was packed with hand and the product names were handwritten, giving it a slight personal touch. Honestly, I have been trying to order different products from various online eco-stores, but they greatly disappoint me with their packaging. Yes, the products are expensive, but definitely worth it. My favorite till now is the mango spread which I even sent to my parents and grand parents place. Since I could finally find a store that delivers non-bubble-wrap bamboo toothbrush, I forwarded that to my family as well. Also, the bill is sent on email and not printed. You guys have put a lot of thought and effort in designing this eco store. I hope that you are able to get more cool (essential) products on the site and keep up your good work. Thankyou!

Clean and Well maintained Store. Very orderly kept. All the items are in glass Jars and steel drums. Neatly labeled. Coconut shell mug looks nice.. Organic lemon grass was a good buy… Add a pinch to your tea and the flavour is very nice. You can take your own containers and get a discount on your bill.. Overall a nice experience.

For Eco lovers ... Pls try at least once.

I really love every aspect of this store . It is organic and eco friendly too . People should support shops like these, so that there will be many number of stores coming with this concept . It’s high time we think and Rethink about buying things in plastic bags . Got my things delivered today and I was so happy to see each item packed in paper bags and the tapes used were also eco friendly tapes . Whenever I find time I am going to visit the shop and buy things directly . Can’t ask for anything better than this . My blessings for this store .

Nice shop outlook and fully plastic - free...Really amazing to shop in Ecoindian.... All products are neat and clean...But there is no vegetables and fruits in the shop...Overall superb and one of the best organic shop in Chennai area to buy groceries, traditional rice and sustainable products...

Shop is very neat. They have covers mostly one third of the provisions. Price is little high which is OK since they have all the item grown chemical free and organically. Must go place to everyone who are transforming to zero waste lifestyle. People should encourage these kind of shops.

Purchased health mix and green tea.. have never felt the real effect of green tea before. And health mix is really good. My son loves it..

A small store with neatly placed glassjars .The cold pressed oils did smell good. Also the items can be purchased and put in your house bought container thus reducing the plastic bag usage. Wish the store had some more space to move about comfortably as you might unwittingly hit a glass jar placed alongside.

Best services. I can never forget their fastly service at a very short notice on Rakshabandhan by sending beautiful organic rakhi to my brother within a few hours. The staffs are cordial and very well behaved. Wonderful experience !!!!!! Thanks EcoIndian Team👍👍Vocal for Local👌👌

A very good initiative by ecoindian to reduce packaging on everyday grocery shopping. They also seem to have excellent organic alternatives to everyday kitchen stuff like sugar etc. Good place, worth visiting!!

Really nice place to get products in zero waste, i used to go to this shop and buy organic products, nice place. The staff over there are rude n totally irresponsible. When we give feedback they are replying very rudely and ask me to go and buy somewhere else please dont come to shop. I follow zerowaste lifestyle i travel all the way from velachery to buy things. I gave 5 stars for their owner initiative. If the staffs behave same way no one will turn back to their place.

Very good store, but high pricing

One of its kind shop in the Alwarpet neighborhood. Very clean &today,spic and span well maintained stores. They wide variety of organic/natural products well stocked in attractive jars. They have organic fortification for many products. They have many unique products which we dont get to see in other stores. For example - bamboo handle tooth brushes,bamboo handle razors, reusable/washable sanitary pads and many more. They source the products from genuine suppliers all over the country.staff are curteous and helpful. The prices are also reasonable, this is a worth visit place especially people who love organic and natural products.

Hi, this is my sheer experience that I share after visiting the store. The staffs are friendly and assist in explaining the attributes of the products and its wide usages. They understand our needs and recommends the products that suits our needs. Sometimes coz of the reach of the store more footfalls happens especially in the evening hours and weekends, may be due to which they couldnt have given individual attention for a longer period. As a customer we also need to be prepared before hand on our requirements and shouldnt go without any premeditated plan for purchase. This would save time at both the ends and could receive better service from the store. I strongly vouch for the range of organic products that they have merchandised and its quality assurance. Lovely store in Mylapore which sells completely plastic free packaged goods. You can get a wide variety of eco friendly goods from soaps to cleaning equipment to dhals, oils sold in loose. Commendable job! Love the place.

I am an astrologer and recently I visited Ecoindian Organic store in mylapore. The ambience of the store is looking good and it gives us a divine feel. I also observed that each organic product has a tag in it describing its source and to ensure they are 100% Organic store, they have all the details from where they procure and also have the certification for the products. The interior of the store looks awesome. The price is comparably cheap and best in the organic market. They also go by Zero wastage concept which is an appreciable one. I would suggest all to have a visit at this EcoIndian Organic store.
