Bought kids shoes for school. Good customer service.

1. Outdated products thats stored for a long time. Hence, the bottom of the shoe breaks2. Loyalty voucher used in master purchase. Due to their product quality I have returned the product. Though the problem is with the product, Loyalty voucher is not applicable in replacement product and I had to pay 500INR extra3. One of the worst ever customer care centre. The who attended my call couldnt answer my query. No call back done even after the request. Request placed even over a mail4. Overall a nightmare experience with BATA. No refund option is available. I had to take credit note and purchase product from the same brand, I didnt like it though.

I live in Tambaram. My first choice for footware is bata. I usually go to bata showroom in tambaram shanmugam street. It is bigger than this store but actually i dont link service in tambaram showroom and they dont update there collection. But this showroom they are smaller in size but they have good collection of footware and they update there collection frequently. There service is good. They dont have dedicated parking for your vehicle if there empty space in front of the store then its your luck.

I went to buy a new pair of sandals I couldnt able to choose everything were attractive the collections were too good. Thats y I always trust Bata.

They have a very good collection of bata footwear. Prices are normal bata prices. The quality of goods are good.The customer service is not very good. The person working there was not keen to help me. But an okay place to get some footwear shopping done.

Worst place to buy shoes or chappals. Less collection, very costly and worst durability. I bought slip on shoe and one flip flop. Both started to wear-off just after few times of usages. Then I bought one chappal for my kid, she was wearing that chappal out of excitement inside house only. And the rubber part under heel came-off.

Under staffed place with a good variety of designs and models. Models available in all price range. Worth a visit if you are willing to be patient and wait for a while. Selected models higher sizes werent on stock when we visited. So before locking down your choice, ask for your size, try it out and then decide.

Things are costly here because of its brand name.Long age BATA was having monopoly over leather items. Now it is facing cut throat competition from local brands.Hence one should not blame this company for high cost of shoes, etc.

Very poor response,no new arrivals nor different sizes available. Only smaller sizes were available in almost all models in Ladies collection. They dont seem to care for their business. The employees chat around and never care for the few customers they get!!

Theyve employed some nice playful kids who are just playing there. They arent even aware that a customer is inside the showroom and not ready to assist in anything also. Poor service! Didnt expect this from Bata! I nearly walked out of the showroom and nobody didnt care to ask why! Pathetic.

One of the worst Bata shop in Chennai. Instead of wasting your time here kindly travel 3 km more to Bata Tambaram. Manager is like This is my shop and you will buy what i want you to buy. No friendly faces, no collection, just a junk of Bata products dumped in one place. Mark my words, you will regret if you buy a product in this shop.

The seller was completely rude and such a bad behaviour . He charged an extra 68 of shoe polish while i was looking away besides we dont go to a showroom to be treated bad . Seriously the manager should consider hiring polite people. Besides theres nothing new in bata there!
