Unprofessional behavior and rude manager and employeeunprofessional behavior and rude manager and employee,my brother has an account in the bank he is physically challenged, deaf, and dumb also having eyesight issues, he went to withdraw money to the bank unfortunately he couldnt replicate the signature as per the bank record, due to over of time changed his signature, instead of guide them how to solve the issue the branch manager badly treated and laughed at them, they forgot they are there to serve the customer, no humanity

Very bad service.Take much time even for simple transactions

Nanganallur 8th Street near anjaneyar koil IOB branch ..They cant even repair their branch landline phone...people from other area cant go every time directly jus for small small enquiries.. upto my knowledge the landline is not working for the past1 week...how long to take steps to repair their landline..its a basic thing...which a branch manager not taken into consideratiin

50 pass 50 average somewhat like this the transactions take place as observed by so many. But generally no issues. Its ok.
