Polite and good customer service offering bybthe staffs.Premises was maintaining well and quick banking service was highly appreciable.👌👌👌👌

I am a senior citizen aged 65 suffering from several chronic aidments. I am an old customer keeping SB account and FDs in this branch of ICICI bank.On 18.09.2020 at about 12:30 PM. I came to the bank for getting interest certificates and TDS certificates for my FDs in order to submit my income tax returns. There were very few customer in the bank. I was directed to approach your staff Mrs. Suganya. She asked me to wait for 30 minutes since the staff who handles the printouts is not available. She asked me to revisit the office at 04:00 PM and collect it. Turns out, Mrs Suganya is not even qualified to press ctrl+P herself. I went to my relatives and spent time there just to pass it.When I revisited the bank at 04:00 PM, the security refused to let me in. After arguing with him for 10 minutes that Mrs.Suganya was the one who asked me to revisit at this time, he went upstairs to confirm my statement. He came back and said that Mrs. Suganya has asked me to wait at the gate itself. After 10 minutes, around 04:25PM, the security man sent me in after recieving a call from her over intercom. I went upstairs just to find 3-4 persons surrounding her seat chattering, joking and giggling with her. Amid this chaos, she handed me these papers and said that she could only get printouts of interest certificates and since no TDS seems to have been deducted, she couldnt get a printout. I relied on her statement and left the bank in a hurry to reach hom which is 18 km away from the bank.After reaching home , upon verifying the certificates, I was shocked to find that instead of giving for the financial year 2019-2020 she had given for 3 different periods. One of the period was from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2020 which is quiet absurd since it starts on a future date and ends in a past date.I never expected this kind of customer service from this bank. The attitude of the staff Mrs. Suganya tossing a senior citizen over for trivial matters and her lack of attention and concentration in her work shows that she is an under qualified candidate for this job.This branch needs to improve their customer service.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS BANK IF YOU WANT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The access to the ATM is completely blocked from the main road, also the bank do not have access from inside the branch
