Pre-Covid I had been there couple of times. Good restaurant with good food. However, 10 of us met on 17/09/2021 at this place for dinner. Miserable experience as below:Extremely extremely spicy starters by some amateur chef 1) Fish tikka 2) Veg platter 3) Paneer tikka all were made with same masalas so no differentiation in taste. Each dish was served after ages. The breadbasket and curries were just ok.Finally shocker was so called icecream as one scoop was the portion of one teaspoon and the executive says this is the portion what they serve. The icecream.was like milk shake and when informed they said its hot hence it melted.No proper services. It was like were under their mercy since it was packed with guests. Lastly the washroom when you walk to the lift to exit ( stinks) all floor. Good food and good service is all history. Worst place to be.

Excellent rooftop dining. Love the ambiance and the service is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good especially the beef items and the tandoori. Tangri kabab is the best

The hotel is pretty decent and good & polite service from the staff. 1850rs for a non AC room looks expensive for the quality. Compared to other hotels in the vicinity this looks ok as other hotels are over priced. Walkable distance from US Consulate is an advantage.

Centrally located, saved from the 500 mt rule. Good cuisine too.

We walked in without cross checking the restaurant time by blindly following Google timing but then the restaurant opens by 3.00pm only.. It was so disappointing, I request the management to update the timing in their Google page. If not this feedback might help others.

Great service, relaxed staff, nice cold beers, decent food, reasonably priced. The Pinnacle Rooftop Bar and Restaurannt is pretty much the only thing that can seperate Chennais repressed and otherwise dead social life from that of North Koreas.

Extremely Pricey , With GST the cheque will blow a big hole in your pocket, Tandoori Food is awesome here
