Today I ordered shawarma and just now received...shawarma is spoiled and have very bad odor smell...I think its not a fresh food as today prepared..very disappointed with your food..Dont do it again and dont play with humans health...

I order mutton biriyani but they give me chicken biriyani but i adjusted in chicken biriyani. In the chicken full of bones only. There no hygienic in food . mainly service of food is too bad. pls change the waiter persons soo pls don,t to this hotel pls 🙏🙏🙏 save urs money

Very very worst staff behaviour , the way of talking with the customer is not good and I really feel very uncomfortable , the food is not hygienic. Iam willing to raise a complaint against the hotel in food safety department .

The place is famous for its non vegetarian servings. Been here often for shawarma lot more than dining. Has a fine ambience nothing fancy. Food is good and service is pretty decent.

Not satisfied with the service provided by the hotel really feeling very bad and the food is not hygienic they should learn how to talk to the customer in the hotel.

I ordered a fish biryani. But they gave me mutton biryani. They took out all the mutton pieces except two which I found. One kind advice for you as a customer, Dont spoil your hotel name for just 240rs.

Its right on the main road. Mostly it is quick and bring the order on time.

Little bit costly for the kind of setup and service. Taste of biryani is good. But not Hyderabad biryani just normal Biryani available in Chennai shops. The customer service could be little more better than what they provide now
