Being located in the prime location or not sure why the pricings been increasing slowly. But for vegetarians this could be a one time try for their tiffin varieties.

This place is super clean and hygiene, the food however is not as expected from the reviews. Ordered podi masala dosa, sambar vada and poori. Sambar vada was really tasty. Poori sabji and dosa were just okay. The food taste was very subtle...Like you can feed a new born baby with their food no spices at all. We almost felt they forgot to put salt and spices....They have 4 varieties of chutneys again with very little spices. South indians who prefer tiffin with minimum spices would love this place....Overall a good place for hot hot breakfast with varities and hygiene can try it. Location easily accessible and locatable...

A small restaurant on the corner plot of the road where delicious and fresh vegetarian food is served. Its self-service so youll have to collect your food, stand outside and eat. Breakfast, lunch and tiffin are served. Takeaway available. For beverages you have Hot Chips next door where hot filter coffee is available.

The most affordable and best place to have tasty vegetarian south indian food. Their podi thattu idly is the best. Also they serve varieties of Masala Dosas. They also have a fried rice and noodles menu that offers paneer, gobi, mushroom or veg rice/noodles. They also have chilli parotha that is mouth watering. Their Upma, Pongal are the best. I somehow dont like their parotta kurma as for the price parotta is small and kurma doesnt taste well. In afternoon you get variety rice and the veg brinji with salna, raita and fryums just tastes awesome. Overall a good place to eat.

Just moving with their name, no quality, no taste, no customer health conscious.... Prices were too high too...got a Schezwan mushroom rice...not tasty had a fried elastic runberband in the food.. totally unsatisfied

Yes it did satisfied my expectations about dosai. Id tried butter masala dosai. Its really delicious and I loved the texture of that masala inside in it. But, it will be better if they provide little bigger plate to eat.

Pongal not good . Its like rava pongal.Not like Madras traditional taste.Too much boiled.Business improving but quality is decreasing.Sambar ok.

Chapathi worth very dry. Too cost. Less quality. Chilli parota is like gravy it is supposed to be dry. The money, I spent in this restaurant is equivalent to I thrown my money into garbage.

The lunch has limited menu and taste is very mediocre,value for money since they keep sambar,kurma are free to be refilled .

Tiffin item like dosa / pongal / chappathi / parota are too good especially variety of dosas and tasty tasty chutney sambar. Fried rice also decent. Its kaiyenthi Bhavan restaurant so its nice to have food with friends and families in a relaxed and chit chat way. Need to wait for order as well as to get our foods as weekends are too crowded. Sure will visit and also will recommend to others. Cheers guys keep rock.

It is the same good old taste. Visited after one year due to lock down. Keep in Mind that Google says it opens in 5 but they start serving around 6. Plan accordingly!

Karthick tiffin centre is well known to all living in and around Anna nagar.The shop serves food till late nite and is like a street food shop. It doesnt have dining - I mean you can eat there but no setup to sit. Previously they had some tall tables for the customers to eat. But now they removed it for some reasons. So eating is little difficult, but not an impossible task. You can even drive your car near to the hotel and eat sitting in it.I love their Dosas and the side dishes which come with it. Sambar and 3 chutneys. All 3 chutneys are kept fresh and the sambar is taken in litres. No question of asking for the sides, it is kept outside for the customers to self serve. Imagine you can take how much ever you want. Wow.They have chappathi, Pongal, upma, vada, dosa varieties and chinese food too. But this is strictly vegetarian.The budget fits your pocket and tummy.

Price wise it is not competative, for similar price we can sit and have a proper dosa from any good restaurants. Taste was good, sides chutney etc was provided. Washbasin for cleaning was kept in a awkward place. For this much of business he could have increased the customer experience in a positive way.
