Usually we buy sweets here often. They use to keep sanitizer near the entrance but yesterday couldnt find one..when asked, the staff were reluctant and after demanding they brought something filled in an old colin bottle and said as sanitizer.There was 99% water and 1 % dont know what and showed to us. The staff was looking at the face of the person at the counter before bringing and taking back immediately.The person in the counter cooly said that they stopped keeping sanitizers since its being used by all the customers who visit that has become costly to them...Surprised to see a shop with no sanitizers, in spite of governments strict instructions and also shocked to hear that its costing to them since every customer use that....Atrocious and lethargic attitude of the staff and management...Ganga Sweets management should view this seriously and ensure to follow the SOPs issued by the government to fight against Covid...If again we find that theres no Sanitzer, will be forced to inform the health dept authorities....Please dont enter this place if theres no sanitizer found....Our life is more important than Ganaga Sweets cost cutting....

I always buy sweets here. We usually buy for a week to surprise guests and refrigerate them. It is good at anytime taken from fridge. Recommended for 1 week storage.

Yesterday i brought mothi laddu from their camp road shop.After putting the laddu in to mouth i felt and i got a bleaching powder smell from that mothi laddu and felt some of the ingredients not as per the quality. so we stop to eat the laddu and kept aside. Before sending to the shop pls eat twice and send it for sale and make the best quality foods.

The quality of sweets and snacks are very good. They care for the customers because of one example that their potato chips will have asfoetida sprinkled for avoiding gastric problems. Well done Ganga Sweets team.
