This studio is not good anymore. Not a professional quality of service. Pls dont waste your time visiting this place.

STM- they started their studio around 2008 infront of Sebastian school pallavaram in a very small space. Now they had expanded into branches and their new innovative ideas are the reason for their growth

Great team! Perfectly captured the best memories from my daughters first birthday and also following up an year after to re-telecast on their website. Amazing work and fast delivery. Thank you!!

Quality is good but compared to other shop it seems like it is quite over priced

They are doing photography as well as gift products. They are charging reasonable. For photographys INR 80/- for passport sizes and doing good and quick.Theyre unique for face mask. You can order the face mask with your face design. This shop was the first in chennai to introduce this concept.

Very worst service, I think some partiality in customer service, after long back last week me given for a print, still am not collected, because of their worst behavior.Even am not received a call back, supposed to call but not yet may my advance is small they feel.Sure it will revert back soon.

Good and responsive staff. Nice products.

Best in Pallavaram. But a bit costly

First of all I should thank STM Studio Pallavaram for the excellent publicity promo video sent in all the internets connection with my sons 4th wedding anniversary on this day 19.10.20. we all enjoyed. Our relatives and friends are enjoyed so much for the flash back memories on the occasion of my sons marriage at this time of corona at their respective places. We wish STM Studio Pallavaram for their promotional activities in their line of customer relations in the coming years and bring success in their new innovations. Once again I thank for the excellent promo video and the efforts STM Studio put in at free of cost. We appreciate STM Studio always Pallavaram for all their innovative in the photography. Ok

I just gave a customized mask for my parents and my brother. I just delayed by sending the photos, within a day they sent me the mask through courier due to covid 19 lockdownThe masks were stunning and the quality was nice maybe I could have sent my photo clearlyBE SAFE AND STAY SAFE :)And particularly the way they treat us is good, so compassionate in work and their attitude is appreciated

Front office executive selvi has welcomed me well with a smile face and also she has explained everything in detail. The way of customer handling is good. And then Edwin the person one who has taken photo was telling sir, If you stand like this the photo will come perfectly as you are expected. Finally they delivered the photo on time,There was no delay.

Selvi mam Response good and Photo is very good and Nice Experience and good atmosphere in STM studio

Happy working Mr.Hemanth and Miss.Selvi..Thanks for the warm greetings and service.....

The team is young and vibrant. They have an eye for good designs. If you want to turn photo or video into a personalized gift or home decor, this is the place to be!Especially my designer Mr. Edwin Prabath does a great job in creating the vision in my mind on the canvas. He has done four projects for us.All are photo frames along with my own words in tamil. The challenge is here. Very few can type Tamil nowadays. He has done every detail with patience. Never made a face even when I suggested a lot of edits. To sum up, it will be value for both your time and money. After all, good memories are priceless!

Nice studio. Customer care services good

Good service

Its a very Customer Friendly place for taking photos or for making your function a memorable one. They have many variety of frames and gifts. Dont hesitate to check this place out.

Nice photography.. photographers are on time and they take good clicks.. we can get the photos back very soon. My suggestion is the collage in the album can be done better and with light and soft background colour.

Customer service was helpful, manufacturing and shipping times were reasonable. This was the most inexpensive service I could find and they gave me quality results on my embroidered patch order.Great experience working with The STM Studio! Excellent customer service. Im very happy with my first purchase and hope to order again soon.My experience with The STM Studio was excellent. They worked with me from beginning to end.Not only did they deliver a quality product for a fantastic price (far less than any other quote I had rec’d),their turn-around time was quick as well. I highly recommend this company & I plan to use them again.

Very professional and good assistance by Selvi. Also the personalised and customised gift was more than expectations and completely surprised by their work. Keep doing good work 👍👌

Excellent service, product and turnaround as usual.Been ordering from them for years and never have been disappointed.Have to say, this was a great buying experience - great communication + my final product was delivered on time, exactly how I needed it...definitely coming back again!! thank you again!

Worst customer service... I wont even give one star for it.. big thumbs down.. I went for my 6 month old kid photoshoot... I selected one photo for final print but the final product I got is entirely different one... If we point out this, they will show attitude as well as if they are doing some service for us..
