I booked hotel for late night checkin due to flight timings. When reached hotel, the room and toilet were very dirty with stains at many location. When asked to show any other clean room, the old fellow at reception behaved very rudely and asked me to look for any other location. Worst staff, in Kovid time also they dont maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Avoid such cheap hotels

Please skip this hotel.1. Booking a room via OYO? Please DonT. I made online payment 879/- on 15th of Jan (Advance booking). Booking confirmed via OYO but upon reaching this hotel on 10th of feb, hotel staff informed me that they are not accepting oyo payments. No other option - paid normal fare 1600/-. OYO didnt help at all!2. Zero service - they didnt provide water, no soaps nothing. Gave me just the room keys.3. Maintenance - lot of mosquitoes, due to Zero Maintenance. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Lot of dust here.4. AC - Working fine.5. Washrooms - Good.6. Wifi - They didnt give me the passkey.

Our experience with OYO booking was extremely bad. We booked an accommodation online and received confirmation. Later of the day received a txt message saying booking cancelled due to unable to contact. In a few minutes later, called the customer service and confirmed the booking and got a surprise when we reach the hotel at midnight. Staff at reception did not understand the problem of the online booking issue and all he says the booking is cancelled. At least he offered a room at double the cost at the midnight where we dont have the choice with children and luggage.Id not recommend OYO and AVNB hotel accommodation with my personal experience. My kind suggestion for them they should know what is the customer service. Good luck if you book an accommodation through OYO.

Located close to airport, pallavaram train station and bus station as well. Eateries are nearby. Rooms are decent. Staff very cooperative. Thus, full marks from me. The only suggestion I like to give is to add some paid entertainment and movie channels as many channels are off the air. If needed, increase rate by 1% to meet that expense. I have booked a room in last month for an examination near by there. So i got one of the best hotel in affordable price. It was nice experience in the hotel and service. Unfortunately i cant enjoy theirBreakfast due to early morning check out. But over all experience was nice.

Extremely poor, the room is not good with broken mug in toilet. Cleanliness is not good.Channel are not there in TV. No ventilation fan in toilet. After paying the breakfast amount, no breakfast service. Very sad and poor service at all

Might look bit weird, but Im sharing my experience with this place is worst. Because of some error from the Oyos end, the owner denied check in to me and spoke in unparliamentary languages at 11:30PM as we just arrived and Oyo customer services just say sorry. Nothing convincing came out from them. Spoke to the customer services for 1 hour after which he agreed to let me in. Worst ever experience with this hotel. There is a better place next to this hotel(not by Oyo). Use this hotel. This host doesnt care at all. Cant imagine a old person using such bad language and abusing.**************************************************************Since there isnt any reply option after the comment was made by the hotel manager, Im writing again in this.Because I was angry with the service, I made complaints to the OYO Support and made the Area General Manager and Area Business Manager to visit the property within the next 24hrs, I demanded the full refund for my booking for that day and I got it refunded by them in 4 days! This hotel doesnt deserve to be visited again for the kind of treatment provided by the staffs in the night shift.

Not worth the money - do not go by the photographs. Has a small lobby right on the road.Rooms are ok. Room service is poor. Do not serve bed tea or provide for self preparation. No restaurant so no complementary bfast.Highly priced for only a double bed provided. Wash room not clean.

You would have no problem here, the cost is preferably high when compared to other hotels, but its situated near by main road so its accessible easily. The Wi-Fi has good speed and you wont be disturbed here.

Location in the Google maps is wrong and it took around 30 min to reach the place after calling the hotel person multiple times and they are ok with saying the location in Google maps is wrong and they are concerned to update it. Had a bad experience before entering the Hotel. Next, the TV didnt work. The ac remote didnt work and the person-in-charge had a reason for everything. I dont recommend this hotel if you want pleasant stay.

Very nice rooms at an affordable price. Air-conditioned room for 3 ppl costed around Rs 1200. Both room and bathroom were neat and clean.

You can see beautiful pics in oyo but in inside you cant find those. Staff behaviour is so rude and AC also will automatically turns off within 10 min.

The hotel rooms (it’s a mansion) are full of dust and rest rooms are not clean enough with stains around the toilet.Breakfast is good but without water to drink. They won’t provide single bottle of water as complimentary. They won’t change towels on daily basis even after request. The service provided by hotel staffs are too bad.The AC remote was not working properly.If u just need to stay for an sleep & with budget which is good to have.

Hotel is situated about three kilometres from Chennai airport. And its just off the GST road. Rooms were in reasonable size. Room rent is okayish for the amneties. Downside is road outside the hotel is very much crowded and you noice pollution is so high every few seconds youll hear the honking sound. I would suggest this hotel for overnight guests.

I booked for early check in nd when I was 5 minutes away from the hotel the guy from the hotel reception called to say that early check-in is not available. I was travelling from Coimbatore and was exhausted and tired after the journey and just wanted to crash on d bed after reaching hotel but the unprofessional AVNB staff did not let it happen. Thank to OYO who helped me book again nd I ended up spending more than what I actually thought I would.

Friendly service and all. But theres a ton of dirt, dust waste products lying near the reception that may shock you. Its something shocked me that the public toilet there was Soo untidy that you could get a infection going there
