Nice place for book readers. I think the special highlights is author talks events happening here frequently. It is good opportunity for todays generation to taking habits of reading and writing.

Earlier used to shop here for video CD now not needed. Very helpful staff. Rest room available. Valet parking and wheelchair entry made easy.

They have decent selection of books, decors and crafts. Toys selection however seems minimal, they could do better with the toy section.

Whatever else you do, please do not buy anything from the desk outside which says SALE. Everything is damaged or items are missing. I bought a set of bath toys, there were 4 instead of 5. Upon asking I was told that it was on sale so I should have understood that things would be missing ! Secondly, almost all their toys are damaged, even the packed ones. So go there for books, nothing more.

My very first visit to Odyssey. The store has all essential stationeries, gifts and a good collection of books. I think they have two floors with very calm ambience. I have been there for getting mug, I was surprised to see the huge beautiful collection of mugs. Along with that I bought a greeting card costs Rs.70/- The price of each product was not that cheaper but the quality was really awesome 👌🏼 The matte finished mug costs Rs.399/- and it was worth the money. They have separate collection called Corporate Quote Mugs, Each and every quotes were very catchy 😉 The only thing which disappointed me is I couldnt get the Alphabet mug and also there were no customized mugs available. But still had a great time visiting and planning to visit again soon.

Now that it is lockdown period, there is not much in the store for you to buy except for a new collection of Tamil books in the section. Hopefully all the good collection of greeting cards, do it yourself art products, and celebratory accessories would be back after the lockdown gets lifted

Good Shop for gifts and book in Adyar and kotturpuram. Lot of variety of gifts are here. And gift wrapping facility also available. Good thing about this shop is you can read a book slowly and buy it. No problem with timing. Books varieties are so good. Mostly Tamil books are available. The famous books are available here like ponniyin Selvan, Periyar, wings of fire and etc. The bag varieties also good. The coffee mugs are so good. I thought price was little bit high. Apart from that this shop is lit.

Very good book store with collections of all kind. Surprisingly there was no Frederick Forsyth on the day of my visit. I was told that book buying has picked up and collection are drying up faster. Yes! The statement was true as we could witness sizable crowd.

The place is good and fancy, but its not unique anymore. Everything is availaible online at a cheaper rate and better quality. No point going to such a store unless its an emergency.I particularly like the game and kids area, a lot of innovative new stuff to be found there. It is more popularly known as a book store, but you will also find other products there in addition. The shop is environmental friendly and got a few parking slots also. Only it is in a service road which is rather circuitous to reach from the main road. This year they are conducting a summer camp for younger children, introducing them to books, authors and writing on a subject.

Odyssey never failed to give the books I demand .. Last week I asked for the following 3 Books... Akshaya Lagna Paddhati Tamil Book written by Podhuvudai Moorthy published by Vijaya Padhippagam Coimbatore --- Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Nice place and it is not that costly as it looks from outside and also has a variety of collections of books and other artefacts all round and also has a lot of electronics items and also music related stuff which are reasonably priced. Does a lot of plants and also bonsai.if you are a booklover does not this place to spend time and find a lot of books

Items are little costly. Some of the similar items I found cheaper in amazon. But if you want immediate item then you can get quality product.

Bookshops are my favorite place and Odyssey has it all..different sections for different categories of readers, odds and sundries to browse, from fashion jewellery to garden hobbies!

A store spread across three floors selling a range of products. They have a good collection of books but they do not have any offers or discounts. So not a great place for books. But there are souvenirs and household decorative items that are really beautiful. They also have a pretty decent stationary collection including pens, markers, books, pins, clips and so on. They have a childrens books and toy section for kids. There is a jewelry collection too. Then there is a very limited but good collection of gardening tools and plants.

First and foremost thing here is, the shop having good ambience. Very silent. You can spend more time here in searching for books. People whoever, bookworms should visit this shop. Stationaries, hand work crafts Bags, School bags are also available. More Expensive!!!

Store is modern, organized, & spacious. There is an excellent, well-curated collection of childrens books in the basement that is easy to navigate. If youre looking to pick up some books for your young ones or even yourself, its a great stop in Adyar. This bookshop is a solid four.

It was a good store.All the things available there is in very good quality. I rate this a 10/10 for all the items and the quality.

Items are stacked nicely. And some section give you unique items. They are in trend with the stocks. Staffs are helpful. Location is strategic and easily accessible( behind Gandhi nagar adyar depot). For some reason, they have stopped gift packing which felt odd as the shop is known to sell gift items. Nevertheless, every visit to this place, makes me aware about a new utility product.
