They provide a very good service. The final outcome of our 3d casting was awesome. The couple who are running the studio are very down to earth and polite. They almost came four time to take the mould for our casting.I would strongly recommend this studio for anyone who would like to get castings done.

Overall okay, but im not satisfied completely, because I need accurate finger prints and patterns. Here I couldnt find it... There is no professionalism in their work. The finishing was not good... Disappointed. Not satisfied. They said the model which they sent to me is done by them..But its available in Google pics..I wont recommend my friends...They used Arun ice cream plastic box to take casting that too which didnt fit perfectly for my babys leg , very tight...Casting kit is available in Amazon even for 1000 rupees, but the result wont be perfect for tat reason we are coming to u.... Atleast after this do it with perfection.. It will definitely leads you somewhere....1) As a customer, I dont know abt casting...U have to inform whether its premium quality 3D casting or normal ordinary casting to the customer. Let them decide it later. In my case, it was informed only after I complained about the work.2) The model which I have selected is available in Google. But u said that u have done. In that its clear, that they used frame. But u insisted thats a paper & charged extra for that frame. If u want, I can share the Google image link. Most of the images which u have sent doesnt have ur studio logo. But u have sticked it infront of my frame . Kindly get permission from customers before using ur logos.3) Overall Ok means, frame & the chart paper used inside the frame. Actually it has to be done with metal, but u guys matched with Color Xerox...tats y I said its a OK work...S, u r right, my babies leg & finger was adjusted & taken the casting...Wat to do, we paid advance 60%, so we have to get the frame.4) We dint charge u for the box which we brought : Overall u said an amount, we paid for that... Customers need not to pay seperately for plastic box or casting powder or anything. (It includes all) If u r using separate boxes for age wise ,inform the customers abt charges before getting advance from them.5) Yes, u r right, u came n waited 2 hrs to take casting... obviously u have to wait, because this is not for us. Its for 1 year baby ,so we need to wait for the perfect time to take it...But , 2nd time I made my baby to sleep & we were waiting for u. U came late. I came to ur place & after seeing the perfection I want to cancel. But again I cant make my baby to suffer by casting again. So compromised with myself. We lost hope from u.6) We look for customer satisfactions not money : If money is not important ,then u would have said will do rework with clear prints. While casting for my baby, I asked whether it will be clear right . U said it ll be clear dont worry. So, I believed that...If u would have said this is ordinary, u cannot expect much Then its my decision. But u didnt say at that time...

Did hand and foot casting for my 7 months baby. Compared to others Feathers 3D casting is very affordable and the details of the casting is incredible. They are very professional and take casting at your doorstep. I highly recommend Feathers casting
