My aunty got admitted in aakash hospital in covid ICU under Dr. Ellangovan. In CT chest the lung involvement was 60% and she was really sick and the demand of o2 was very high. Dr. Jiyath who was on duty in Icu really took care and supported us. The nursing staff also very good and caring. After that she shifted to 4th floor. Now she very stable and off o2. I am really thankful to Dr. Ellangovan and Dr. Jiyath, as well as to the nursing staffs in the icu and 4th floor.

Hospitality of staffs were awesome and the nurse didnt show Any sleepiness behaviour at all .She was politely handled the patient spouse and relatives in a calm manner.. Among the worst private hospitals..Patients have to wait for couple of days, for opinions from neurology & heart doctors before operations, meanwhile the hospital owner mints money on the small, dingy, poorly maintained patient rooms, the rooms are in really bad shape, but the charges are five star, the furniture is outdated & damaged, steel equipment is rusted, made of 202 grade steel, whereas 304 grade steel is mandatory for hospitals, narrow passages. No doubt the hospital owner has developed so fast, with this type of poor service.Corruption playing a major role for these guys...I would not recommend this hospital, to anyone..

I was infected with Covid 19 during the first week of May 2021. The infection spread quickly to my lungs and I was finding it difficult to breathe. The second wave of the pandemic was in its peak and I was unable to find a hospital bed. It was then that I contacted Dr. Mathan Mohan, a renowned surgeon from Chennai and he immediately arranged for a bed in Aakash Hospital. Mr. Anoop, Operations Manager at Aakash Hospital ensured that my admission was smooth.I was in the hospital for 3 weeks under the care of Dr.A Selvarajakumar, Medical Director and his team consisting of Dr. Ellangovan and Dr. Ziyath.Dr. Ellangovan was a kind, competent, and an excellent diagnostician. He is also very positive, personable, and a great listener. Clinical diagnosis was Covid Pneumonia with 80% lung involvement. I was in a serious condition and Dr. Ellangovan helped me to pull through it.I found Dr. Ziyath very professional, thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. He treated me with great concern and care during my stay at the hospital and continued to advise me even after I was discharged. Duty doctor comes and just stands outside the room even for non COVID patients. They just ask you are okay thats it they will go for the next room. They dont tell whats the progress, result nothing. . The nurses will come only if the attender calls them. The admin department and pharmacy are the two worst places in this hospital. The doctors and nurses in icu - emergency and even beds are wonderful . They are more than dedicated and pull back lifes of patience . Specially my relative got admitted for cardiac arrest . Doctors in cardiac department literally pull back my relative not once , but thrice in a same night. I can see the miracle shine there. I would have given 10 stars for them. But due to the behavior in admin and pharmacy with pain giving this rating . Sorry doctors .In pharmacy- you can see always there is a queue , I request administrative officer to closely monitor there and find root cause . One of the staff who gather medicines is dumbtruck slow. Worst part is they never recheck once medicine is collected from boxes. Mix the medicines with other bills. In shopping stores and malls - they keep plastic trays and attendees can also social distance . Kindly ask them to use trays . Please make sure they recheck all medicines before handing over to attendees. It is painful only for attendees to walk up and down to recollect medicines. Attendees minds are already suffering with their dearly ones health. Dont hurt it more. I have bought medicines in claim - while discharge I return those medicines to pharmacy. Why they are not giving back cash for it ??? Even cash vouchers??? I will try to check with medical schemes for it and comment again here.Admin are doing jobs as per process , is the claim approvals will take one day to complete ? They say approval come only at 930 pm for an request submitted on morning. The super story is the medicine list they give it to me . As per doctor advise in upstairs, I remember doctor suggested to put insulin everyday before food . But in the final medicine list they gave doesnt have any injection at all - when I asked, they said we had given whatever doctor suggests. I asked them nicely, can you please revisit to confirm else kindly give prescription so that I can verify for my satisfaction. They denied to show that prescription. Since again I asked them to check forcefully - they checked and found guilty and added insulin in an separate paper . Is in it worst???The highlight of the medicine list - some of medicines were not available at their pharmacy itself. That might be fine and happening one . I was literally going to all medical shops for getting those medicine. Next day morning, one of famous pharmacy in tvt told that one of medicine name is not correct and the dosage mentioned seems to be very high. They never know about it. Then i came to hospital and enquired about it ... there is no sorry or apology for the big blunder they made . They put u instead of v in the medicine name and dosage as 20000 instead of 2000. Lucky that pharmacy person found this mistake - what happens if that high dosage was available and taken by patient ? Very shame on their work .Administrative officer- hope you are looking over reviews. Kindly refine these departments .wonderful magics done in upper floors of your hospital is ruined by ground floor members . Thanks for reading this long review

A Good Quality of treatment will be provided.24/7 care will be taken for the patients.Hospital environment is very clean and tidy.Pharmacy is provided with in the hospital.ICU is well equipped and 24/7 care will be taken.Canteen within the hospital is one of the added choice for the patients and attenders.A separate cot for the attender and also separate place for attender and visiting hall is one of the good choice to keep the hospital environment calm.Hygienic food is being provided between 8.30 am to 9.30 pm on money basis. But economical. Not much expensive. Also soft and hot drinks will be provided in the canteen.24/7 Ambulance facility.Nearest to Ajax bus stop. And wimco nagar railway station.Laboratories and test centre are also provided with in the hospital hence no need to worry.Everything is okay as like that cost wise expensive to provide such medication.

Just had surgery to remove hopefully the last bits of sepsis from my body with Dr Selvarajakumar. He is hands down one of the best doctors Ive ever had the good fortune of having had care for me.Nursing staff is phenomenal. Food is really good! You literally cannot do better than this place if you are sick.And Especially Mr. Anoop from Administrative department he made sure everything absolutely perfect made hospital at home.If you are reading this and feeling unsure of where to have your sepsis treated, stop looking and get yourself here. Worst management. They said to take CT scan.. and Paid for CT scan.. but they didnt take scan.. to give back that money .. they took nearly a week.. when even we ask.. they say we have to check .. how long will they check ..
