His Offer For Fees Was Economical Per Se And Hence No Further Scope For Negotiation.Day 15...I Would Still Maintain 5 Stars...He Visited Our Property Thrice...Invested Almost 45 To 60 Mins Each Time...Had 2 To 3 Rounds Of Discussion...Clearly Explained About The Pros And Cons Of Options Which We Came Up With....Still Work In Progress. Hence Will Keep Updating It...Day 45 - I would still maintain 5 stars - On account of my schedule could not sit with him for review...But he was patient enough to hear my views over the phone and still kept updating the content....Its just short of being wrapped up before structural sign off....Will keep you posted.

Dont be disguised with talks. He might be looking customer oriented, but actually not. Architect should not be one dimension oriented, thinking about their own plans, but need to understand more about customer Ned. He belongs to former category. He also fails to proceed with work and retained my money without completing.
