Very bad at customer service. They are not giving refund for our flat booking. Never book flat with them. Its not good to just keep 6 lakh rupees without giving us refund. There is no clear communication

This project is proposed targeting North Indian crowds of Chennai, almost 80% of flats are owned by Marvadis, it is not the property for local Tamils so kindly stay away. Tamils who are basically a non vegetarian may face terrible objection by Jain neighbours which will turn your life miserable. Particularly the response from Marketing team on seeing local ppl is horrible they presume Tamils are not eligible to afford for this project. Bad experience but this becomes key landmark of north chennai no doubt.

Value worth property.If given an option between a bunglow and this property, I would rather choose this. Just and just because of future interaction with a major crowd of Chennai and business circles residing their in future.

The builder hides a lot of information such as car parking space, building approved plans etc. In my case, in osian chlorophyll, I was allotted a parking lot far away from my block citing that parking close the the block is filled. Trust me this was a complete cheat. SPR was not open in sharing any of the info. The only lesson is get all your requirements confirmed prior to booking with them else you are confirmed to be cheated. They are not ethical in their approach and not customer centric. Cannt expect much from them.

The Concept/idea looks good however They lack Customer service mindset. especially person Ms Priyamvada singh - asst mgr sales . she lacks basic courtesy. all that they ask is what is your budget and if you say anything less than 1.3 C they say that this project wont suit you. you get only 4 walls for 7000rs per sqft and have to pay additional for flooring, electrical work, kitchen top etc. it comes to almost 10000rs per sqft. which is too much for that area, above all the carpet area/plinth area is very less but you will pay for super built up area which is almost 30% more than carpet area . Overall i had a unpleasant experience and the attitude and the least interest they show to customers is really unacceptable !

This group is cheating the clients in quality of construction materials and they dont have in house contractors to finish the building with in time. Dont buy from this group. Go for some branded company. I made a mistake in life by booking their apartment in their Osian Chlorophyll Project. Still if you want to buy then mail me , I will give explain in detail. Builder is quoting very high price per sqft (INR 6700)compared to other reputed flat promotors in same locality offering at INR 5190 per sqft.Also possibility of water scarcity since its a huge unit project.located close to coovam river and graveyard.

We went for Gujarat garbaa event 2018....it was very well organised and everything was good...!! The only thing is that the space of hall was not enough for participants and so they are getting hit by eachother..food was also available there but it was too much costly but as outside food was not allowed we didnt have any option....overall good experience !!

Osian Chlorophyll is a project by this builder , what they promise and what they deliver is totally different , 2015 March was the handover ,not completed yet.most of the amenities only exist on paper including car parking, they are very particular about payment,nothing else ,quality of finishing inside the flat is not so good .crm is a nightmare, sales Dept is very good and can mislead anyone . Height of flats has been reduced. They slipped past RERA ,but with RERA protecting specifications ,they can be considered for future projects ,but at your own risk.
