Smile consultant – My first Home construction (1050 sqft) project in Avadi was done by Mr Ari Krishnan from Smile consultant in the year 2016. I got his reference from Sulakha Advertisement. He is Very talented person, he has impressed me in first meeting itself, he has given me opportunity to meet his previous customers and the projects completed by him, to know about him and his work. All the clients are given me good feedback about him and his work completion. I have small knowledge of construction. So I have noticed his plan of construction and special works done in his previous residence projects. He is not an engineer as informed by him and but he has good knowledge and experience in the construction field has noticed by me.He has given me Three different quotes for my residence construction requirements, the quote was reasonable for the metrical mentioned in the quote. All the metrical used for the construction is good qualities. His special is using Machine chamber bricks for all his projects, which is very limited contractors will use, because of the high cost. He always think for quality products for long lasting use, so in between my construction work he has given be many options for upgrade the material, ofcourse with additional cost and charges, but it was very useful.His negative point, I would like to say, that he has visited to inspect the work during my residence construction period is very limited time. So I was in bit tension that his workers are working as per his plan or not. But he has a control, so all went well. His attitude is little different, so in the initial period I was underestimated about him.He has completed my residence construction work on time and I am happy with his finishing of the work. Many of my friends appreciated the Building Plan and the material quality. I am sure, me also one of the Happy customer for him,
